I could get a second hand car for that. Evens
I prefer my Rolex/Breitling/Etc. 11/10
What does this do that my £10 Casio doesn’t? 7/4
I bought 10 for EBay. 7/4
£2,500? Doesn’t look worth £25. 2/1
No Hardlex? I’ll pass. 5/2 (sincere apologies for oversight).

No bets being taken on general watch ownership related knob waving.

Nice watch, but I have to say I really don't 'get' Nato straps, I think they're awful.

I wish I could afford buying this, would have loved to buy a £10 argos watch and donate £2550 to some charity. By the way it does look like the argos one especially with that green strap.

I think it’s just a fabric strap as opposed to a NATO. The advantage of a NATO is you don’t lose the watch if one pin breaks or releases under pressure such as diving, canoeing or climbing. I put one on mine for summer holidays after nearly losing a watch diving of a boat

Omega really push the deals this time of year. I’ve never known so many deals on HUKD for a single brand in such quick succession. This is a very striking watch. I’m not going to comment on the price, depreciation or what’s better for the same amount. It’s a lovely watch. That is all.
I would have jumped on this if i didn't buy the Seamaster off the deal on here a few months ago. Especially since i've been eyeing the Aquaterra "Spectre" model for a while. That being said, i've only worn the seamaster twice since i got it as i never seem to take off my garmin.
So no, HUKD you don't get to win this time

Charity begins at home, and if you did donate £2550, no doubt £2000 of it wouldn't find it's way to the cause...

Do you have Philips TV blindness?
Shame it doesn't come with SS bracelet.
Very nice looking watch. I can't justify it for myself, buy someone is gonna get a bargain!

No. I do have manners though.

weird that pre-owned prices for this watch are higher than brand new

I think you may have misunderstood my 'joke' - I was basically saying there are around 1,000 Philips TV deals a day, no offence to your vision meant.

It went way over my head. In that case, yes to your question.
I quite like the strap, but it does give it a very similar look to the Timex Weekender line of watches (which can be bought for circa £50).

You forgot the "Looks the same as a watch i can buy from Argos for £10' - Baldricky the voice of reason much needed here.

Then I had better sell my car, my house and all of my personal belongings and donate all the proceeds to charity. Who needs a life anyway.
Love Omega, but this does a little bit like my 1st Timex around 40 years ago!
Much better on the bracelet this range (in fact they are gorgeous watches on the bracelet), but bracelets are expensive so better to find an AT with a good price already on the bracelet. Lots of discounts available
Quite like the look of the colours actually. Think it may be a it reminds me of Plymouth Argyle!

Love the watch but not the strap, still cracking price as £4140 most places

Did the SS wear these
There’s a reason this watch is reduced, and it’s not a positive one.

Definitely looks like a NATO, it seems to continue beyond the lugs... so theres no reason to believe otherwise

Perhaps the fact that it is on a NATO strap is a clue? Curiouser and curiouser.

You’re right. It’s just the picture No3 shows the glass back with the strap on so I’d assumed it was 2 parts attached to the 2 pins as it shows
