The info says 2 x 10 kilo for £9.94, that is a cracking deal.

says in stock on some of the weights and then when you click on them 'currently unavailable'?

"Currently unavailable" just like most of the weights. No option to register for stock updates either! Maybe discontinued stock?

these are the most productive plates anyone could ever use . You see hundreds of guys adding 10/20kilos each side and you can only do that for a few weeks before you hit a plateau . Just add these 1kg each side each session and you will progressively lift which is what the whole point is and get noticably stronger thus build the muscle .your form will be impeccable too as you are making only gradual improvements each week and your tendons and joints will thank you for it in later life

Maybe adding 1kg plates when you are lifting significantly heavy enough is enough (and to be fair I do this with 1.25kg plates) but curling 2 of these will produce very little stress to cause adaptive hypertrophy. One needs to create micro trauma in the targeted muscle to cause growth. This will not be surfice.

come on, he obviously means add them as extras
think anyone at that level would have some already though.

amazon have 2*10kg standard york plates for 26.99 atm which is decent for those needing more. (york hammertone olympic decent price in 15kg+ too)

AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH shame as need some additional plates aswell

It is on instore its part of the new years fitness launch clearance, i knw theres also cheap skipping ropes, arm weights, yoga mats, rowing machines, cross trainers.i will update later when i put prices out for them,as with all tesco clearance stuff it will depend how well the item sold at orginal price as it weather the store has any stock left, some will have none others will have loads. Its mainly own brand stuff but i do see a large cage of kelly homes stuff also reduced.
