Ordered thanks! Bargain!

Not even got the tv for it but not gonna turn that price down. Forward planning :P

Pic shows 32"-70" so potentially suitable for more screens than described

That model on the box refers to this size on the one for all site.... 40-84"/ 102-214cm

So not sure what's going on here.

The SV6610 is still 69.99 on their site

good find op, heat added

Mm' no reviews anywhere from what I can find which is a shame.

Good price though assuming it does what it says it does.

Does this leave enough space from the wall for cables? It looks like it would be tight.

Looks like a tight squeeze behind that since it's called ultraslim.

Do not trust the built-in spirit levels on these things.

Seem to be loads on eBay for around this price, how do you tell which ones are decent?

Damn damn damn, literally just put the w829 (thanks to one of the few deals here last year) TV on the wall today with what I thought was a slim bracket from Amazon, but it still sticks out about 5-6cm because of the bottom thick part of the TV. Probably would have got 3cm closer with this bracket

How much did you pay for KDL50W829 and did you buy the wall bracket

Amazing price and looks pretty decent too8)

Ah nooo.. All sold out.. wanted a couple

for anyone looking to buy a tv bracket i highly recommend this swing arm bracket, its a bit more expensive, but its worth the extra to be able to move the tv, even if its just to access the ports on the back of the tv(accessing ports from a non swing bracket is a right pain), also it alot easier to change tvs if you upgrade or the tv breaks(due to having more space between the wall and the tv), the one linked below especially so as you can attach part while the tv in face down on a flat surface, lift it up(maybe get someone else to help here) and slot it onto the other part and then the weight is supported by the bracket(ive had brackets where i had to hold the tv in place while someone else screwed it in...

Agreed, they're rubbish until you replace the bubble. Only 74p from B&Q.

Oos

If you have a brick wall then you would be crazy buying these sort of brackets as you can't add cables to them without removing the TV from the wall.

I got one of these, very thin!

Beware if your plugs are behind the tv, this isn't for you as the tv won't fit on the bracket

That's the standard price on eBay

Defiantly not. I've got one in the shed doing jack all

Buys TV for £1000. Pays less than £6 to mount it on the wall. Really?

Could pay £50 for a magic HDMI cable from PC World but I'm assuming the normal selling price of this was more than £5.99 anyway.

I wouldn't be over keen hanging my expensive TV on a stand that costs less than 8 cans of lager. I'm sure it's a good deal for kitchen/bedroom TV but you have to be mad to hang anything costly on it.

F**k sake cmon HUKD seriously, everytime i see a deal after you email daily news letter i see that its expired! Whats the point in signing up for a news letter if im just going to recieve expired deals? USELESS!!

I don't get your logic sorry. By all means I wouldn't hang a telly using one of those plastic mounts from the pound shop, nor would I put a mobile phone in one of their own brand £1 cases.

However, they quite often sell Griffin and other top brand cases that are for older phones because distributors want to clear stock. So it would have been £15 at retail but because it's old stock, it's a £1.

Applying the same logic to this, I assume it would have been at least £15 to £20 in an Argos store, before the eBay markdown.

OK let's say this was full price. £15-£20, whatever. Are you still going to hang your TV worth £1k+ on that? If you would, don't buy a decent TV. Imagine the weight of a 67" TV. Now imagine that weight suspended from your £15-£20 wall bracket. Accident waiting to happen for the cost of a few extra tenners. False economy.

all you have to do is find the weight of your tv and max weight supported by said bracket....which isnt hard..most say it on the box or if online in the description...

also spending that much on a tv is a bad idea imo... i got a 48' 4k 3d Toshiba from staples for £325 a short while ago(from a deal on here)....and for a bigger screen surely a projector is a better investment?

That's great if that TV is for you. Personally I'd spend more. But that's my choice. I wouldn't settle for Toshiba. No offence. Just my choice. But this deal is for a wall bracket for a 43-67" TV. So you couldn't get smaller than 43". If you want to trust what it says on the box that's fine. But the the fact remains that you would be trusting your TV worth, at the very least, hundreds of pounds in something worth a couple of quid. If you are happy doing that then maybe stick to the cheap TV's. Like I said; false econemy.

Don't let physics get in the way of a good argument. The way it's fitted into the wall will surely have as much, if not more, influence on whether it comes off than the bracket itself.

BTW the RRP is £69.99, but as above, there is going to be a difference in a bracket manufactured to a £5.99 standard (to which I would be inclined to agree with you) and one that has just been marked down as old stock.

£70 seems like a reasonable price to pay for supporting the TV so fair enough. Ideal that it was reduced so much. That wasn't highlited before. But I still stand by what I said. I wouldn't hang my expensive TV from something that could be made from cheap materials.

Got mine today. It says it supports 30-84" on the box.

Not put it up yet as we're decorating soon but it looks good.
