only the app is free

ebay.co.uk/itm…AUR is the generic chipset you've just bought

use with iobd2 or torque if you want super detailed info
Sillyoldbear is 100% correct, this is almost a scam.. Taking advantage of people's lack of knowledge to sell at vastly inflated prices. Nowhere near a deal!

Even cheaper
I have one of the EML327 bluetooth plugs which I use with Torque Pro. I think I paid about £6 for the plug and £3 for Torque and this is going back gawd knows how many years now. For £20 you could buy a cheapo standalone reader, (bluetooth is too laggy for real time data analysis ime). I think Groupons refund policy is pretty crappy too, bad luck OP.
Just had an email to say my comment saying that the use of an 'elm' bluetooth device was a 'tree-mendous idea' had been removed. I'm told I need to keep the discussion on-topic and be courteous to others. I would therefore like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologise for the hurt and offence that my terrible attempt at humour has caused. Maybe the mod that deleted my comment will be brave enough to explain exactly why my comment was such a problem or, then again, perhaps they will just delete this comment.

You clearly didn't stop to think how hurtful your comments might have been to anyone suffering from Dutch elm disease. How could you be so crass?
