Bitter pill to swallow when it was only £531 a few days ago from the same seller. Still a great price though.

And I haven't seen a time machine invented just yet, ahem, apart from the one I invented

No mate, not yet anyway. I will have it at some point I'd imagine.
Don't need a time machine ! If it was £531 last week it will be that again next week . Phones (and other electronic stuff ) don't go up in price , the best offers are soon beaten by another offer .

Besides which its Gearbest - why would you ? .

not losing out on much - coverage is so limited you will be on 4g most of the time, not worth the premium on top

Not in UK and where I'm at we got 5G - you are right about 4G but more probability of being on 5G here then in UK

Plus only an additional £7 on top of whatever tarrif you're on here for 5G - I'm on unlimited everything

It's almost a sin not to be given 5G handsets from the government as compulsory
Is the international version the same as the standard UK version?

As long as it is the international model then yes it is the same as the UK model. The Chinese model is different as it will be flashed with HydrogenOS.
