Anybody know if you can open "ring pull" cans with this? Might sound silly but believe me it's a serious question! I notice that It opens from the side, hence the question. Anybody that has one, your help would be appreciated!

Theoretically there shouldn't be any issue opening the ring pull cans, as this cuts the cans round the outside and lifts the top right off....

Yes they are serious, and I dont see it as a matter to lol at.

Its also a question i'm interested in the answer to.

I see where he/she is coming from with the question, yes ring pull cans are meant to make life easier but when you have joint problems such as rheumatoid arthritis even lifting the ring to get a grip can be a struggle.

I bought one of these some time back(was only 4.99 delivered then from amazon) and it stuggles to open most cans never mind ring pulls lol.

Well I also bought one from Amazon and I have no problems at all with mine, I think it's fab and would recommend it. Heat added.
