Presume you do both through your mouth...

This is a very decent deal for those who can get it - it’s a decent app for helping you to take time to relax after after work, some good stories and music for sleep. Worth trying out.

Can I login on more than 1 device with the same user details, or is it linked to my Google account?

This app has helped me no end this year. Sleep sounds and then more recently mediation. It has daily diaries in it and so much more.
I’ll probably pay next year because it’s so good!

I'm pretty lucky I don't stress to much about things. I usually get a good 8 hours s night and usually takes me a couple of minutes to fall asleep. When I'm not in the office, I tend not to think much about work.

I think a lot of people struggle as they are stimulated by things like texts, Facebook TV's. So I can see something like this helping people switch off and relax.
I downloaded the app some time ago on some offer. Upon loading it up I found the permissions it was asking for were very intrusive so denied and it never got used which is a massive shame as I'd love to try it. Why they need access to practically my whole phone I don't know.
Does it have a meditation for when the shop tells you they don't take American Express?

It's a good app with children's sleep stories and meditations on there as well which my children have enjoyed.
Damn not if you have a business card

It works with business cards too! Thanks, hot!

Do we have to cancel auto renewal etc?

Edit here is the link to cancel calm.com/pro…ion

I am on an annual subscription via Google Play. I have cancelled it and tried to sign up through the Amex link as per the instructions provided by Calm, but it doesn't recognise that I have cancelled my subscription. I have emailed Calm support. Let's see what they. Also not clear whether they will add the extra year to the end of my subscription period.
Yay!!!
Worked for me, thanks OP
Nice one! If I create an account will I be able to use it on multiple devices simultaneously, or does the app only allow one active login at a time?

Your comments are correct but it's actual life for some people too i.e. traumatic event, prolonged periods of unavoidable high stress, loss, etc. Sometimes these things are badly timed and they come at once. It's very complicated for a non affected person to understand. I know as I also felt like you once.

I have headspace app and it has taught me the basics of meditation. It's took time as I also had doubts. If anyone is in need of help please try and practice even if to begin with you try for five minutes. It can take time but I have found it works with a clean lifestyle. It's a great tool when you need it.

Silly question I don’t have American Express, but can I get the app on some else behalf from here please ?
Works in UK with BA app
Works in UK with BA Amex
Thanks. Just went for it as had been interested for a little while now.
Great deal OP. Have a HeadSpace subscription already and it has helped me no end, my stress levels have gone down and my BP which was elevated has also dropped a bit over the months. If you have an Amex this is a no brainer.

Meditation apps are now pulling in $200M annually from their paid subscriber base. If you're a sceptic give it a try.

Heated.
Can I just apply for an Amex card and never use it to take this offer?
