Fantastic Deal, have had a tastecard for approx 3 years, lots of places in Glasgow to use it. Buying for Christmas gifts. Normally pays for itself after first time use.

Really pleased that a few people are making use of this. Despite lots of cold votes it's getting warm

what does it do?

what does it do?

Must be 100 plus places in and around Leeds where it can be used. Had one for 4 years and saved a fortune. Hot Price, i'm happy with the £29 to renew it each year.

If someone game me this a Christmas present I would think it was a joke. A discount card seriously, an xmas pressie? X)

Ordered Thanks

Ordered mine. topcashback 12% just for today for online purchase.

How can you find out which restaurants it can be used in?

Gives you 50% off food or 2-4-1 at it's member restaurants....popular ones are Pizza Express, Prezzo, Zizzis. Usually valid Sun-Thur although some places, like my local Indian, will take it 7 days a week. Worth looking at the site and entering your postcode for a 'restaurant search' to see where and when you can use it before you buy one

Go to the Taste card site, and there's a section 'search restaurants'. Just enter your postcode.

Thanks op. Use mine at least once a week so have saved plenty already (though I probably shouldn't eat out so much!)
Heat added.

I just got another for a friend. I pay £30 a year and remember recoup'ing the entire money in one restaurant. Fantastic scheme if you're a Londoner.

Fantastic bargain and you get another 15% cashback if you use Quidco by 23:00 tonight

Top, top, top deal.

As already mentioned the fee to get this discount card pats for itself on your first visit to a restaurant.

Great for nights out on the odd days like Sundays.

Surely you can't use code and still get quidco?

Just ordered the 2 month free trial from the Tastercard website. Will try it out and maybe purchase next time around for the year depending on how much I use it.

Good idea! I started with a free trial a couple of years ago and since then I have bought one every year as they just pay for themselves. I paid £29 in September for my new one year card sadly, but even so I have recouped that already

This is great for my dad, cheers op, loads of local places to him on that list. Why can't you use the card in December?

Some places won't let you use the card in December....Prezzo I think for a starters. Check the website and each restaurant gives their terms of use, ie, if they wont accept the card in December. I think for most places this is a busy time of year and they don't want to be giving out half price meals!!

I use mine all the time... I'm in London and would say well worth it if you're a Londoner or in a big city as plenty of independents as well as chains are included.

Depends on the restaurant. Most expect to be full during December with works parties so they have no need to offer discounts. Just as most of them do not accept it on Fridays and Saturdays.

GREEEATTTT My free trial just expired. was about to pay £39.95 to renew for a year. Saved over £200 in my 2 month trial

HOTTTTTTTT

Your can check here to see which restaurants near to you take it in December....and whether they offer 2-4-1- or 50% We find that a lot of the Indian restaurants are the least restrictive....which as curry lovers is great for us
