Right, am back off to work now but this was the last device I thought was a really good price with the Quidco cashback.

Hope it helps someone

Wow that's a lot of phone for that price. What's the catch?
If my OP3 is anything to go by, still a beast of a phone even today. £189 is probably a bit expensive, but £134 is a bargain for sure.
Is this on 02 still ?
To get cashback, you have to pay a £10 top up credit even if you don't need it. Also bought Oneplus 6 from Giffgaff previously via Quico (almost 6 months ago), cashback still not processed

That sucks, sorry to hear it.

Mine have always processed within a couple of months tops. Have Quidco done any chasing?

Thanks for that, I will not buy because of this.
What charger would you need to get for this? As refurb phones just comes with usb cable

I'm still with my OP5 and see no reason to update for the foreseeable future - probably after it stops getting updates? Security patches, not system. I estimate it'll be covered for the next 18 months, at least.

I recently chose to use their Service Centre, in Poland. The battery, and I'm a very heavy user, wasn't what it once was. Probably would have been fine for most folk, but not for moi. I was getting down to about 30% battery by teatime Anyway, did a service request through the website, the phone was collected (UPS), on a Monday, battery changed and I also asked that Widevine L1 support be patched - I want Netflix HD, obviously and I you can't do this yourself. It was back in my hands Wednesday night. £28.

I love OP but they make their stuff too well probably. Not a good business model in this market? I'll probably hold on until the 9T

This OP has a Dash Charger. You will need a special charger and cable to get the full benefits
Terrible price, you would be wanting at least a 5T , but aiming for a oneplus 6 at that kind of price.

Great to always hear from a real life user slipd. Agreed they probably make them too good in this market. On the OP3, the decision to put in 6GB RAM, also means this will keep going for a long time to come. Still love thrashing any other phone when having a unlock/relock speed race.

My friend has one and the charge last for days (at least a weekend away). He uses a high quality micro usb lead and works fine. I suppose a micro fit wall charger would be better.

Yes, came back with decision with retailer and the estimation date is Dec (8 months since phone was bought. Thanks for reminding me to chasing it up again

It took 9 months and much chasing to get cashback on a phone I bought from GiffGaff.
Closed my quidco account this month, absolutely pointless, nothing ever tracks, had the account for over 10yrs and just gone downhill year after year. Don't count on quidco!
I upgraded 6 months ago from this to the OP7 Pro, The better half took this on and loves it.
The battery is still massively strong after 30 months of heavy use. Honestly loved this phone.
The midnight Black version is the 8gb version, so still super quick.
That's an amazing price considering a replacement screen alone can set you back £100

I still find them worthwhile using. Signed up to all my utilities and phone contract through them when i moved into my new house in march. Already received. over £300 in cashback
Very risky purchase if relying on cashback as Quidco will do anything to deny it.

I had about £1900 over the years, the last 2-3 years they've rejected everything, even the bonus £2.50 ones they kept doing, just got fed up of it... Claims raised to be rejected every time.

Topcashback on the other hand, brilliant, no issues.

Didn't realise these went for such strong money tempted to sell my 5t

Maybe they've had enough of paying you so much. Who knows.
No more

An SD 820 is nowhere near being beastly in day and age.

I had one of these and it was whack !
I sold it and bought a Note 8 and that confirmed how really whack this phone was.

I'm on a one plus three and it's still fantastic.
I thought it was coming to the end of its life the other month but tried the blu tac to clear the speaker and charger pretty trick.
Boom.
Good as new.

Quidco cashback is only £30
