Grade c can be pretty rough condition wise... Luck of the draw though.

You are supposed specify what grade the phone is in your title - otherwise it can seem to be misleading @123454321

How many days without your money though... Bound to be a few days to deliver, few days to send back, then a few days for the refund.... So around 10 days.. Optimistically.
How does this compare with a pixel 3

I had mentioned in description but will update
I managed to bag a OnePlus 7T pro model for £344 however the pics are off 7 pro and 7T pro doesn't have an almond version, so be careful.

Yes I don't think 7t Pro exists in almond version, so it will just be a standard 7 Pro I think. I have seen the listing where you purchased from and noticed it was a grade C. I have sent one 7 Pro in almond grade c back, as quality was poor with significant scratches in screen:

I hope its not the one you get. On a positive note, along with that one I got another grade C in blue which was pristine, so I guess it's a pot of luck. Also, I think I have ordered at least 5 grade C items from them and only one was not up to scratch (pun intended) and others looked like grade b+/a, including a grade C macbook pro which had one tiny mark on case and 60 cycles on battery
Having said that, thanks for putting the comment in as I checked their store and they had a grade A 7t Pro for 420 after both discounts. They had it only for a short time after I noticed it 😁

Lucky you man, i am glad you got your hands on a 7t pro, I hope I don't get the one you sent back as for my case I am not sure how to deal with it, I'll wait for the phone to be delivered and see .

This is kind of miss selling if they make such mistakes often.

Did you any get compensation and is it worth keeping 7 pro for 344?

Well, I asked about compensation and they said they could offer 'something, but not much' since it was a grade C and scratches to be expected. You might have a better stance if you ordered it as a 7t pro, which it likely won't be.
Again, you might get a totally pristine one, and even with the almond one I got, the scratches were not deep so potentially could be well hidden with a use of screen protector. For me though, having 2 delivered at same time for same price, where one had significant scratches and other was like new, I could not justify keeping the almond one, hence I just sent it back for refund I have checked my paypal and I have paid 331.19 for these in the early Jan offer.
Good luck mate!

If it's in bad condition, how easy is it too send it to them for full refund?
Thanks

All you have to do is request a refund and put item not as described. Say it was in worse condition than a Grade C should be. Theyll accept the return and pay for shipping too and when they recieve it you should get the full refund

Bad news they cancelled my order saying they had some stock issue, kind of disappointing but not much I can do other than leaving negative feedback. Don't know when I'll get my money back.

Mate it's always a gamble. Sometimes they send you one in bad condition or sometimes is in pristine. Look above and read what people have got from them. Some came pristine some never.

From experience, I'd definitely disagree. I had a number of grade Cs from them which I then passed on as like new. Just today I got a note 8 grade C which apart from a single smal hardly visible scratch on the screen, it actually is pristine. Of course it's a gamble though.

Pristine is brands new, it's funny how one man's pristine is another man's B or C.
They are charging £183, so their will be wear and tear on the device.

What does like new mean?
No marks
A few Marks
Some marks
If they were like new they would not be graded as C.
You only get what you pay for in this game and seen as I don't buy used devices I know what a pristine device looks like.

Amazons like new is usually new with a dinged box most of the time

I have had pristine ones with no single marks. I even got a note 10 5g with 'a cracked screen' which was mint and only had a scratch on a factory fitted screen protector. I have no business in proving anything to you, more potential great deals for me

You said you had a pristine device at C grade. Your definition of pristine is questionable.
Businesses are not in the business of selling pristine devices at C grade prices.

39804670-nHm1U.jpg
This is how the seller defines their grades, so you obviously have lower standards.
A grade has signs of wear so pristine is umarked and these phones could be upto 15 months old.

Well, given the fact that I have then sold them on as 'like new' and not had a single complaint, I guess I could argue that my definition of pristine is in line with a number of people who bought these from me.

Couple of photos of a grade C note 8 I got delivered yesterday:
