That is a good price. Is this phone coming from china?
Looks to be a great price. Was waiting for HTC U12+ to go to £400 on Amazon, but for an extra £65 I am better off with this. Can't get on with Xiaomi or Samsung UI and iPhones are not for me. Need a light OS with 3 navigation buttons and this looks like it will fit the bill.
Good deal. Is wowcamera reputable? Anyone know if it comes with a uk 3 pin warp charger? Dont want a non uk one with a travel adaptor. Appreciate any reply as I really want to get this

Yes it is uk version
I love all the OnePlus phones but lacking 5g is a deal breaker....also not too keen that their phone prices keep rising - I know they're cheaper than other phones but passing £200/£300 mark in my eyes make it now an expensive phone.

Agree. Not sure security wise if oneplus wins or samsung?

A lot of the Samsung phones have Knox security - it’s meant to be “defence grade”.

Ive had this phone for a few months now. Security updates are not great, I'm currently on 1 November 2019s monthly update. Considering we're now in mid Feb, is quite disappointing.

Thanks. I think I will pay £4 more and buy the frosted silver colour. Prefer the 7T over the 7T Pro due to multiple youtube comparison reviews saying the 7T pro has the older gorilla glass. Also the battery lasts longer on this one as its 1080p and not 1440p like the pro and a smaller physical screen. Also 7T charges from 0 to 100 faster than the pro. Those are the important things to me. Will leave a review of wowcamera once / if the item arrives safely next week.
Not sure if to bit or wait for the 8.. hmm

Samsung investing a lot on security these days and heard really good things about knox. Have to see if they outshine googles security model

No doubt it'll be a jump in price. With the new Snapdragon and the rise in cost of Xiaomi phones

Our IT department seem to be huge fans of Knox. I’m using an iPhone which they still monitor via MDM etc but they prefer the Knox environment.

Yep. I really want S20 but just waiting if Samsung would add that earbuds to s20 as well.
I have rooted my past 5 HTCs and installed a custom ROM. Never updated ever again and I usually keep my phones for 3 years. Never had any kind of security breach.

Im quite skeptical with that approach due to warranty reasons and etc.
security is a serious concern these days and I would go with a reputable brand and keep it as vanilla as possible.
Nonetheless, htc lost its glory and love those phones

I have tried Android, probably not given it much of a chance - I always end up returning them! As I own my own business, the IT department have to fit me in with Apple. They all use Samsung.

I have tried - Huawei P20 and Samsung Note 9 => both were too complicated for a simple bloke like me! In the end, I have always reverted back to my trusted iPhone 6s plus (bought when released in Sept 2015!). In hindsight, I wish I had given the Note 9 more of a chance, but I got frustrated and sent it back.

Cool. Im the opposite. I’m always a great fan of android and used most of my life but using iphone from last one year.

Its a brand new 8 but slowed down massively with 13 version. Also, its costing an arm and a leg with this iCloud storage due to the files and especially photos.

Google offers free photos space. I’ve to pay for gmail when i surpass that 15gig limit anyway. So im planning to switch back to android.

Btw, im mac user lol. Very rare individuals who use mac and an android phone
it says £600 now

After HTC U12+ software update fixed the sensitivity buttons issue and a number of other things, it's supposed to be a fantastic phone. Once I put a clean stock custom ROM on it, I should have phone bliss. If anyone can point me to another phone that's a sheer pleasure to use with a clean OS, a UI designed to enable you to get things done with minimal swipes and finger movements/taps then I will consider that. Their flagships are built like tanks and reliability for me during past 15 years has been first class.

Popping into town to see if Carphone Warehouse or Currys have a oneplus to look at. Only thing putting me off is lack of ext. card, but I've never had a phone's internals go wrong so should be a minor issue. From what I have been reading, Oneplus warranty still valid even if you put a custom ROM on it.

The Frosted Silver color is still available for £4 more (£469) and IMO looks better than the glacier blue

Also bought a 2x tempered glass protector pack from amazon for a fiver, a Tech21 Evo Check case with a 10% discount code for £27 delivered and the OnePlus Wireless Bullets 2 wireless earbuds for £52 on ebay (RRP £99)

You really don’t need 5G .. if you want that in your next phone wait at least a year from now, it’s not going to be worth it
Ordered last Friday, and DHL have just notified it arrives this Friday. Looking forward to the new phone. Did anyone else buy this from this post?
It arrived well packaged by DHL, but disappointed to get a non UK charger with a UK 3 pin travel adapter. Any idea where I can buy a cheap official charger? Don't really want to spend £50 from the official estore.Yet to do an unboxing.

Try to get one from CEX or amazon.

I'm gonna stick with the EU plug and 3 pin travel adapter. It's hidden away behind my PC so I will never see it again.

As for Wow camera, they delivered the phone on business day 5 which was what they said they would do.

As for OnePlus 7T, so far it's been very good. Having used Samsung Note for the last 7 years, this feels just as good if not better. Battery life and charging are outstanding and I'm liking the oxygen os. Very minimalistic indeed.

Thanks OP
