I'd say always take it, as if it's lost in transport they won't send a replacement.

I thought buyers responsibility only starts once it's delivered, interesting.

Extra peace of mind, no point battling with these sorts of companies.
MrSwitch, have you ordered from this company yourself? Had good experiences?

Yep, 4 phones, 4 phones delivered within 2 weeks, no issues for me, though obviously YMMV
I have bought from Chinese companies like Gearbest with delivery from China before but only for amounts up to £100. Only had one item go missing and I got a refund. Have also been hit with import duties on occasion. When over £100 I purchase from their European warehouses (if option available) as shorter delivery times, less hassle if you need to return item, and no import duties.
Very tempted. Hot from me.
If you can hold off, I would recommend to do so. The OnePlus 8 is coming out march/April and it will cause the 7t to go down in price a lot more. £413 is a good price for now but I am expecting them to hit sub 350 by the time the 8 is out. If you do need a phone asap then this is a great phone. Have had it for a couple months and couldn't fault it.

I would hold off personally one plus 8 pro is out in a matter of weeks.. which will be using snappy 865 which is 5g as standard also 120hz QHD display not like Samsung 120hz @ 1080p. Probably sell my one plus 7 pro which is in flawless condition
Another brilliant phone deal
Would I need to get a UK charger for this? Tempted to order, my Pixel 2 charging port is on the way out.

I bought my P2XL refurbished and Google just replaced the phone for me for free for a faulty usb port. Worth a try

5G will only be standard if the OP8 comes with a 5G modem, given there's little OS by OP for the OP7 5G device I doubt they'll be that interested in an OP8 5G phone given their main market is Indian where 5G in unheard of. Regardless an OP8 4G will probably be pushing £600 when it's introduced.

It will be using the snapdragon 865 which is loaded with 5G as standard it’s a 5g chip.

This is taken directly from tech radar.... Advertisement

Interestingly, the Snapdragon 865 is being coupled with the Snapdragon X55 5G modem as a separate chip. This means the modem isn’t actually integrated into the mobile chipset, but you also won’t be able to get a Snapdragon 865 phone without the 5G chip. They’re a couple, so don’t expect new 865 phones to be 4G-only.

Unless the Samsung Galaxy S20 doesn't come with the 865 Soc in the UK then that comes in just a 4G version? If not I assume the OP8 Lite will come with the 765 SoC with 4G to replace the 7T and the standard OP8's will have another leap in price, if the 865 SoC now only comes as a 5G model. This all makes the 7T look even more attractive if you can pick one up for £350/375 before it sells out.

Plus I wouldn't say a big price increase will happen as mi 10 is 865 with 8gb ram/12 and that's £500 and will probably drop to £400 in a few weeks once global version comes out every major flagship will be 865 and 5g now so lots of choice and the manufacturers will have to compete for custom now

Have you tried cleaning it? I had issues with mine and it was full of fluff, once cleaned out it was much better.
