I am after a Dolby Atmos and came across this non Atmos while searching. Still looking for my Dolby Atmos wireless but this looks like a decent system, perhaps will help some. Was posted before and was quite popular.

Yes, they do yogurts, but once in a while they build speakers too.

2 year warranty
Next day delivery

You’ve picked up a sweet flatscreen TV at the right price but the sound is just not cutting it. And there are messy wires from your consoles and media players running everywhere. This neat Onkyo HTiB package is the answer. A compact hub that connects all your devices to the TV via a single HDMI® cable, the HT-S3800 adds thrilling dynamic power to movie and game soundtracks with its neat six-piece speaker system (all included, even the cables).

No wonder it's so cheap, get a well known brand, like Sony.

I've posted a deal yesterday for a wireless LG, gone in minutes but was not Dolby Atmos. So far, the only wireless DA I found at a reasonable price are Damson S Series V2 and Vizio system, however, I still think £500-600 is a bit expensive.

Is this quality? How about the sub?
Don’t walk away my son
Personally I think this is a really good deal for someone that's never had surround sound system before but the amp is pretty basic if I'm not mistaken... The only thing it has over my 10 year old yamaha is Bluetooth streaming and 4K capability.

The yoghurt maker must be diversifying into consumer electronics as they know they know it will be a hard selling European dairy into the UK after Brexit.

Wonder if they sound like amplified yoghurt pots on the end of a piece of string?
Dear op, please share when you find your Atmos deal.

There must be a link between yoghurt and amps, I mean, even Danone is making amps. Must be easy to develop sound systems on a farm because of all the open space... I guess that's why Glastonbury is in a field...
How much does a wireless atmos system currently go for?

Damson S series V2 is £650, but if you register for their news letter, you get 15% off. Vizio (I posted a deal here) is £599 but was 10% off at some point and people voted cold, do not know why. Samsung goes for £900+ if you want satellite speakers.
I hope its good, had an older model without usb and 4k so lets hope im happy with this one, anyone know what yr did this one come out, feels 1998

I will. I am in between Damson S series v2, check the official website and Vizio, search the deal I posted on HUKD.
Onkyo supposedly means "sound harmony"
Is this wired or wireless?
Looks a lovely sofa and furniture set lovely for the front room hope it's comfortable.
seems expensive for a yoghurt
It’s a shame that these threads always get de-railed by yoghurt/sofa jokes... I know even I’m gutted by how much of a killjoy I sound

Wired. If you want wireless with satellite speakers, look for Samsung, Damson or Vizio.
Owned two Onkyo Recievers and they are excellent. My current one has atmos, Spotify, Apple airplay, Tunein radio etc. all controlled by my Samsung Galaxy S8. Have some heat

I prefer no bush tbh.

Can get better base with a bush:)
Maverick7730/07/2019 10:31

Onkyo supposedly means "sound harmony"

It is an anagram of Yonko, which is the sound a japanese clown horn makes while under water. Harmonious.

I guess i just prefer something more modern and less 70's

Of course, what other options are there?

Does it come with an Activia sub?

No atmos! You need to pay £500+ for atmos, I nearly posted an Onkyo Atmos deal but it was over £500.
