Hellooooooooo People what is going on ?? is it because you dont understand the value you just make it cold.

Cheaper course with Amazon Local, but neither course will get you a job in the NHS.

Very true and, in spite of any possible suggestions to the contrary, in my opinion there is no National Accreditation. I've been looking at nutrition courses and even the ones that you actually pay £300+/- are broadly only equivalent to an "A level" but they do have National Accreditation.

If you want more of the skinny on what really is involved in the area of nutrition, you might like to have a look at - associationfornutrition.org/

The bottom line from the research that I've done is, if you wish to make a real living as a nutritionist, you need to to a proper undergrad or post-grad course. An "A level" equivalent course or less just won't do what's needed.

Not at all, I, for one, don't believe this is a deal, even though it appears to be a big discount. I hope my post #4 explains why, in my opinion, it's not what it appears to be.

Didn't some tv personality do an online course and call herself Doctor, only for it then to be discovered, and she had to drop all pretense>

not knocking this deal, as it depends on whether it's the education you want, and it's not about training as a doctor, unlike some others.

It's interesting certainly more informative than any biology class at school. It could encourage some to study further and pursue jobs in health and fitness.

DO NOT purchase this deal - its a load of rubbish and you'd be better off buying a good book. The course is not recognised my any professional body at all, you have to print your own crappy certificate and they charge you to re-take the exam - yet their website boosts - internally recognised qualification with unlimited times to take the test. They are con merchants. The course is internally accredited which I'm not entirely sure that Ofqual allows and I am currently trying to find out exactly who and how this course is accredited. Don't be fooled by their website - I have contacted Active IQ Academy and they do not accredit this course. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

Avoid Fitness Training Company. I've done another course with them and fighting for my certificate 18 months now. They will be sued.

I purchased this course 2 weeks ago through Groupon and after countless emails to Fitness Training Company and Groupon I have not received my login details or any reply whatsoever from FTC. They don't have a phone number on their website and no matter how many times I google it I still can't find it so can't even phone them to see whats going on. Currently waiting to hear back from Groupon about a refund but who knows when this will be resolved. I'd rather go elsewhere!
