I have posted this deal previously, now it is free to download again.
Great to use if you are studying a foreign language.
I am not getting into the TV licence argument, of course if you are liable to pay for a TV licence you should do so.
This is from their web page:

I use use this software to watch French TV shows, helps me to understand the language better.
I had no issues with installing it - the choice is yours.
Live net TV is great, I also like mobdro as well.
Might be a long shot but maybe in Spain...
Do you have by any chance a link for the one you use? Checked on internet, found about 3 with this name, some comments people suggesting fake apps, don't know which one is the original. Also, is it an app for Android or can be used on pc? Thanks!
If you search on google, it will appear with apk v4.6.
Just find the station you want, with Google, and watch their free live broadcast or programme.
For example I Googled Salto A2 (Netherlands) from the list above.
Then watch it on salto.nl/sal…o2/
Or use a web site like wwitv.com/por…htm
I'm no legal expert but why would you need a BBC TV license to watch Argentinian TV?
You need a tv licence to watch or record any live broadcast, even youtube believe it or not.
A live broadcast on Youtube that is. You don't need one just to watch Youtube.
EDIT: Edited to reflect the fact that a live broadcast is considered live from anywhere - not just UK.
tvlicensing.co.uk/faq…Q16
Do I need a TV Licence if I watch programmes broadcast from outside the UK or Channel Islands?
Yes you do. You need a TV Licence to watch or record live TV, no matter where it is broadcast or distributed from. This includes satellite or online streamed programmes from outside the UK or Channel Islands, such as sporting events and foreign shows.
Live TV means any programme you watch or record at the same time as it’s being shown on TV or live on an online TV service.
How on earth did they get that made into a law?
Spanish TV is free but if you want to watch it (LIVE) in the UK you have to pay the BBC.
Well they only get £5 billion a year, not a lot when you see their wages.
Hey BBC you could get loads more money from all those foreign visitors that watch their free home TV while on holiday here.
A good app that I use is ‘catch up tv’, not sure if they would consider it live tv, because any channel that you watch on it is always running 30 seconds, behind the live broadcast.
Do you mean TVCatchup - tvcatchup.com/tv-…ide
That’s the one, what do think is it ‘live tv’ or not, because I’m not sure?
Not sure if this is deemed to require a TV license - suspect it is counted as "live tv".
I know you can use this to watch UK television programmes when you are abroad.
Although, for me the reason for using Online TV 13 on my laptop is so that I can watch TV shows from France - to help me improve my knowledge of the French language.
The reason why I don't think it can be considered 'live tv' is because it's always running 30 behind the live broadcast, I've noticed this in the past when I was watching eastenders on my tv and on my tablet using this app at the same time, and the live broadcast is always running 30 seconds faster than what it is on the catch up TV app and it appears to happen on all the channels.
Kaspersky does not seem to have any issues with this software (Online TV 13) on my laptop.
It is from a well known German company: engelmann.com/en/
ukfree.tv/cha…all
it lists the channels numbers of the free channels on Freeview, Freesat and Sky.
it also has a direct link to the stations live feed - if there is one.
I can't speak for Kaspersky but by the way my scanner picked it up, it's most likely uses your system as a hub or relay. not a virus per-say but malware of some kind
That's what i meant, thanks for clarifying it's a bit wrong i think as YT nothing to do with BBC same with international channels but sadly that's the law.
Thought the ability to record radio to MP3 looked useful but it made an MP3 playing silence.
I'm all for the licence fee but I think it's a bit of a stretch asking people to pay it to watch say a live US TV programme streamed on Youtube or even a live French programme, for example, on satellite.
