I’m sure if you go into the store and act a bit aggressive staff may give you complimentary money. I’m going to try. Cheers

I remember the old days when wearing something like this was so unBritish, you looked like a letterbox, it was a sign of not wanting to assimilate.

How times change *cough*
If going out safely requires one of those things, I'd rather just stay home for good. With the summer fast approaching wearing that kind of garb any length of time is going to become unbearable very quickly indeed I would have thought.

Personally, until wearing masks and social distancing is no longer necessary, I have no desire to leave my home at all for anything, even if it takes years, being out with such restrictions on clothing and movement completely prevents you enjoying exercise and the outdoors anyway and is just really stressful to maintain IMHO....

Name calling isn’t the answer either. Integration and the right education for our communities is.

Just as well no names were called. You do seem a bit defensive though.

And if you want to know the 'answer', look up liberal democracy

It's nowt to do with bigotry, religion, or liberal democracy - it's simply aesthetics: Burkas (and bike balaclavas) are just very unattractive garments.

Would prefer to see a persons face if I talk to them, sure the majority of the country have the same feelings.

Then you don't need to wear one, some people may not like your garments, it doesnt mean it should stop you from wearing it. I dont like seeing peoples bum when I am walking down the street, why is there no call for the ban of it. Freedom of choice comes to mind

Again countries like France banned the burka, Boris made a joke about it, now they are forced to wear one or advised to wear one. What goes around certainly comes around

Didn't say you shouldn't wear one if that's your thing, just that they're an ugly garment like the bike balaclava. I'm as entitled to express that opinion as you (or anyone else) are to wear one.
