It's a decent lock. Bought one for my daughter last week. Should deter the opportunists.

The first thing I did when I got my Bell Array helmet was to remove the "Bell" badge/logo - thankfully it wasn't 'integrated' like this is. Imagine riding around with the word "Bell" on your head

Yeah, more money spent = less weight, more ventilation, better styling … Yeah, more money spent = less weight, more ventilation, better styling and most importantly better protection for your bonce. If riding is your ting then 89squids on a good quality helmet is nothing.... As long as you don't have any nasty spills it could last years.

I agree with the other bits but that bit is questionable IMO...

Well, expensive or not, helmets should be replaced every couple of years

Something a few quid less, just as light and with good reviews
(2012/13 model I think) Specialized Propero II for £52.50: leisurelakesbikes.com/p/9…ale
Usually £70, and only sizes Small and Medium left.

I was too tight to pay £70 for a 2013/14 model, so just got one to replace my Bell Array. Much more comfortable and lighter.
