If I see another Wullie in Dundee, am gonna scream!
Great fun
Great idea, Oor Wullie is brilliant for kids.
There is also paper version your can get from some newspaper or the popup offices in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness and Dundee where you can find the statues.
The app is woeful

Yeah it's a bit clunky at times. But exit and try a later time and the ones you collected should appear okay.
This year I'm not mad for this.

In previous years (Wullie's or Penguins) I've set myself the challenge of either running or cycling to all of them with the only rule being all runs/rides must start and finish at my home address in Dundee. This was fine when they were only in Dundee and surrounding area (St Andrews, Perth, Forfar, Brechin etc) but now it's Inverness, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow etc.... but I just don't have the time for this.
Crivvens
The Mrs has taken to crying out when she sees one “Are ye auld, fat and bald, then join the polis” At which point her and the son point at dad and dissolve into laughter. This can’t be swept off our streets quick enough.
Err, why is a Scottish chap with medals riding a Sybian in the High Street? Too much Buckie?

He's one of the guys who spent years and years raising money for charity in Edinburgh streets. He well deserves a statue!
Anyone remember, "Honk, boak. Boab's seek"?
