*OPENED BOX* Lenovo IdeaPad S12 - £210 Delivered @ Box

Found 20th Mar 2011
(Please note : These are in the clearance section (link on right hand side of website, around page 6), the boxes have been opened, however I got one myself and condition was perfect (still had screen cover on etc) thought it worth mentioning for anybody that doesn't mind these type of deals.)

First post. Let me know what you think. I thought it was a good price

These are open boxed. The prices seem to vary a little, I got this model myself for £178. Box had been opened but otherwise perfect condition. Even at £210 seems quite cheap to me due to the ion gfx.

Yea its the exact spec I posted. Though i suspect the one i got may have been a misprice, as since then they all seem to have been £210.

Why cold ?? Great little ,achine, gets good reviews, this model with ION and 2gb, I can't get a price anywhere near, I've got mine.

Thanks for the post, Ive added some heat.

Whats the performance like on these for general day to day using?

Seems great for web browsing etc (though if you are just using it for this you cna prob get one with a beter CPU, imo the CPU is the weak point on this machine). The Ion Gfx means I can play the odd game on it without much trouble, runs things like Torchlight. Haven't tried it much but I was suprised that it seems to play half life 2 quite well on low settings.
