Opening Nights presents... Joy Division

Grant Gee, the director and cinematographer who gave us revealing portraits of Radiohead and Scott Walker, offers us a dark and detailed picture of the angular, Ian Curtis-fronted rockers, Joy Division. The film includes interviews with ex-band members Peter Hook and Bernard Sumner as well as the influential late boss of Factory Records, Tony Wilson, to flesh out the band's unlikely rise to fame.

Screenings start at 6:30pm on Monday April 28, at the following locations:

Odeon Panton Street
1/18 Panton Street, London

Ritzy Picturehouse
Brixton Oval Coldharbour Lane London

Vue Shepherds Bush
West 12 Shopping and Leisure Centre,
