Please keep posting these Italian/Spanish Amazon deals as there are some real bargains to be had. The only difference is the EU charger and many people will already have chargers at home. I bet you've got a few

Good work mate as always

🔥 This brand has sparked my interest as totally hacked off with the Xiaomi delay/debacle of 'Droid 10 update for their AndroidOne buyers - mine finally came through 2 days ago (Mi A2 Lite purchased Dec 2018). Keep 'em coming Mr S

How would this compare to a Samsung a51?

How would this compare to a Samsung a51?

Cameras on the Samsung are better, screen will be better, this will have slightly superior battery life, both updated as well as each other, A51 I believe has faster charging as well, but then it is £100 or so more

The Android One program is serviced by Google, its their initiative. There are still flagship/ high midranged level devices out there from 2019 that have not recieved Android 10 yet nevermind a 2018 device. And just incase you didnt notice this 2020 phone is coming with Android 9 ( COS 6.0. 1) for some strange reason.

I paid a premium for an Android One (non bloatwear) phone Xiaomi have been very slack on the update for Mi A2 Lite. I believe this is the 3rd or 4th sttempt they've made to update in 2020 the one early March bricked my phone until I sorted it after 4 or 5 days. 99% of other manufacturers Android One 2018 models had their Android 10 update by end of 2019. Google need to remove Xiaomi from the program.

You paid a premium for Android One.
You obviously didnt read what i said GOOGLE services Android One phones its in the contract. Just incase you havent being keeping up with the news, Pixel users haven't had an easy time with bug and software issues so why would be any different with Android One?

What you just said contradicts the facts.

That's more devices on Android 10 in 2019 than any other OEM, i didnt check but only Samaung could challenge that.

The whole point of the Android one program was for Google to promote stock Android through other sources. The OEMs pay for the license to use it and Google would control the software, so unless something changed mid contract if the software ain't right blame Google. 🤭 The last time i looked Xiaomi don't even put their camera app on the Android One phones.

Oh you are nowhere near the first and you will be no where near the last to have a softbrick after an update and many other oems have pulled their own ota's OP did so 3 or 4 times a few months back.

Sorry I mistakenly thought you pay a tad more for One to avoid the bloatware and have the program efficiently governed by Google. Sounds like the manufacturers are given a slack free rein. I'll see if I can sign up for a doctorate in Quantum Androidology

The Mi Android One's are cheap Phones, i pay more to get FLAGSHIP SPECS.
What you call bloatware millions are happy to use. There is no retail phone that is bloat free the full complement of Google apps forced onto every device is what i call bloatware, the majority of which i unistall or disable. So when i use a custom rom i go no further than the Nano package.
github.com/ope…age
As for OEMs being given a free reign, where do you think most of the Android advancements have come from?
I've had this while now .Can't find the FM tuner radio app that it's supposed to have
Any idea on dispatch time on amazon Italy?
