... What lol

This phone is miles better than your A2 lite

I deleted my post for some reason... I have to respectful disagree with switch

665 equivalent is the G70 realme c3
710/720 equivalent is G80 realme 6i
730G equivalent is G90T realme 6 regular edition

I just quickly compared on versus.com seemed very close between this and snap 665.

But its neither here nor there.

Those absolute bleeps.

Yeah the realme 6 and 6 pro have 90hz displays but not the 6i. Battery life is meant to be insane though!

Versus.com is a trash site for SOC comparisons

versus.com/en/…x20

They claim the Mediatek X20 is faster than a g90t purely by multiplying core count and ghz which makes no sense at all because the g90t is a 730 tier SOC and the x20 is a slower, hotter and ancient chip by today standards

For SOC reviews i always look at gsmarena reviews, anandtech and youtubers not these garbage comparison sites

OK, consider me told again

Was just a quick look tbh.
gsmarena.com/rea…php

SOC is similar to a snapdragon 710 For multicore in geekbench 4.4 although the GPU falls behind nearer a 665

Phone has excellent battery however , this phone got a rating over 180 hours on gsmarena's test which is by far the best score they have ever got

I love me a big old battery. There are benefits to having a lower res screen.

Cheers for the info. Really want an upgrade - around £200 - most important things for me are speed, headphone jack and expandable storage. Decent camera would be a bonus. Some form of waterproofing would be awesome! Any recommendations?

Realme 6 or Note 9S for that price, both have similar speed SOC's , both are great phones with different advantages

I can't see if this has nfc? Or wireless charging? If it has reverse charging am I wrong to assume it has wireless charging capabilities? Thanks

Its not reverse charging, it kind of acts like a Powerbank, this has no wireless charging. And no NFC from what I've seen.
Shame I want to replace my p smart 2019 but I kinda need nfc and wireless charging would be nice. Any suggestions? The cheaper the better! Not fussed about what make it is.

For specifically Wireless charging the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is an awesome choice at £199 at Laptops Direct.

Otherwise any from the more mid range xiaomi, redmi note 8 pro, redmi note 9s, note 8t

The Redmi note 8t or pro?

Tbh, the realme 6 Pro is probably the phone to go for in that price bracket atm, especially as it has NFC.
Mediatek chipsets are very power efficient now- I have the Note 8 Pro and the battery life on that is really good.

That said, has got 70 ish percent more battery life in it than that phone so I make pick this up as a backup.

Ok I don't really use my phone much for gaming or watching videos. I would like one that has nfc and that actually fits my pocket. I would really like something similar to the iPhone SE size wise. Thanks
Hi Mr Switch, IYO is this better than the redmi note 9S? Specs wise looks pretty good. I was going to buy the realme X2, but was put off, with it having no band 20. Now we have the realme 6 /Pro. But between this, 9S or 8 pro. Which one would you recommend?

I like the Realme 6/Pro...but out of my budget.

The 9s if you aren't bothered about NFC, it walks the park with this.

If the 6 pro was in budget I'd say get that, but they are very close in terms of performance
@MrSwitch you still using your note 8 pro? More thoughts on it now as you've had it for a while?

Yeah still using it, seen a few niggles which are probably only in relation to how I use my phones.

One of the worst is that the phone has slowed down quite a bit, I have 100 tabs open all the time which will be putting extra pressure on the processor.

Apps are taking a while to load as well.

But still for the money, I'd recommend a lighter user the phone still.

In terms of just raw performance where would you rank your phones:

OnePlus 7t, v50, rn8p etc etc

Oneplus 7t
V50
N8 Pro

Best performer I've ever had, never skipped a beat was the mate 20 x, beastly to hold, beastly by numbers in my opinion.
