After sales, bought a refurbished 2in1 laptop for the missus - she rarely uses one anyway but came home from Holiday and the screen had smashed on her old one. I mean the price was great, it looked brand new and the only issue was on a back light which flickered behind one letter on the keyboard - but a saving of like £400 I was ok with living with that.

However just after the 30 days we noticed that the screen was coming away from the backing (Like I said before she barely uses the thing, literally once or twice a month to transfer money or do other work bits when needed - so it was obviously sent out like this) - They didn't want to know. Went through various emails and spoke to their head of customer services. In the end (probably around a week after my first contact) they did offer for me to send it back but after all the hassle previous I just didn't trust them with the laptop - especially after seeing some reviews about sending back faulty items.

Try the beta version mate
This and other Oppos just got potentially (even) more interesting. Oppo has announced a new OS which, as well as a snazzy new UI, also promises improvements to the system performance, sound quality, gaming frame rates, touch response and camera, as well as quicker start-ups.

Called ColorOS 7, the new OS is due to be released for this phone on November 25, with other models getting the upgrade in four phases.

More details here and here.
