Yeah I have that feeling too! I'm trying to get hold of deals on the Oppo Reno 3 Pro but I can't find any international models. Have you seen any MrSwitch?

I think you're right. They are Oneplus' sister company arnt they? and judging by their pricing on the newly announced model they are moving away from what attracts alot of people to them.

Yup, BBK Electronics owns the OnePlus, Oppo and Realme brands...along with a few others that don't see light of day much outside of China
I have this phone and it is great! Battery lasts AGES and it is the quickest device to charge I have ever owned. Great camera and massive storage.
You can just buy the device outright for £209. Is it a good deal...?

This phone is getting ColorOS 7 update on April 20th, which correct me if I'm wrong is today. I have lost track of the days as I'm ill at the moment with a flu like illness.

Pretty decent. Not Android one quick, but definitely in the same league as xiaomi and the likes.

Add to it their "roaming" states...

"And we give you no roaming charges across 17 countries in Europe." SEVENTEEN?!?!?

I spent a couple of minutes looking & can't find which countries, but suspect its the ones where they offer piggyback services.

There's a summary of the details you requested here (et al)...

Thanks. The main critiques are from The Guardian and Private Eye who always take the Tories to task, so you could question their impartiality. However I would be inclined to believe them.

Its not a question of politics, its the question of a company paying no UK tax, yet making considerable political donations in the UK.
Any thoughts on this Vs 2Z or Huawei P30..?
If you pay a year up front

Will Lycamobile be there that full year amidst allegations of tax dodging & money laundering?

As it says in the article its for Chinese region phones only, I've been waiting for the Reno 5G update and it has been pushed back a few times, the UK update will probably still be a few months away at least.

One thing to bear in mind if considering an Oppo phone is that they are VERY slow on updates and security updates, the last security update the Reno 10x zoom/5G had was November 2019. If updates aren't a concern I would say they're excellent phones for the money, but if you want updates get a phone from their sister company OnePlus or another brand.
Can't you download from uTorrent or p'bay. You can switch languages or do other modding if you cant wait
