Cheapish Treadmill from a trusted retailer, available to order now. I know this is just the normal price, but thats better than all the amazon shops that inflate the price (or sports direct - less said the better)

I've just ordered one (mainly for the wife, I prefer to run outside). It doesnt go all that fast (12kph max) - but thats still faster than my average 5k run speed, so will be ok for me when raining!

They have some better/more expensive treadmills available to order too - which go faster, have a bigger running surface, support heavier users, automatic incline etc, but I think this one will be fine for the price...

Heres the blurb

Note - this was available to order for delivery in Manchester - not all postcodes will be available
Argos not good at the minute.. hardly any delivery anywhere.. And cant pick up at the argos sainsbury's outlets....unless it's a small size...Cant see why they cant do click and collect at major argos stores. Other stores are doing it ok safely.......
running area is fairly narrow
I ordered this one over the weekend due to the spec (15kmph / 9mph, slope adjustments, width & length of running belt, shock absorbers and also the 3 modes too).

It's only £240 delivered but very lengthy delivery times (my current treadmill works but needs replacing in the near future so this kind of fits my requirements but may not suit all with 2 month delivery times).

Also it's now showing as unavailable on the amazon page but worth keeping an eye on to see if they get more stock.

Actually in stock at Argos
Got the version before this one for £10 off Gumtree before the lock down. Always worth a look to save the cash. Good little exerciser and folds away easy for storage.
How does this compare to the reebok g40s

Without having tried both I couldn't say for day to day, but if you compare the specs you can see the reebok gt40s is a fair bit better. Faster, auto-incline, supports heavier users, better motor. But this one is only £250 (+delivery) and you can run on both!

First thing that caught my eye also. Pretty poor imo
12kph is essentialy 10km in 50mins which might be okay for some. Since this treadmill is motorised does anyone know whether it would be possible to run faster just without a program?

I've been trying to order a treadmill off Argos for weeks, they are showing as available for delivery to my postcode, then when you actually try and check out they say out of stock at warehouse (I've tried repeatedly).
Ended up contacting them via Live Chat yesterday in which they told me firstly that treadmills are non essential and they're not delivering them (which clearly isn't true!) and when I queried that, that actually it's any item with a delivery charge they're not delivering, which isn't true either!
So no idea WHY I can't get one, but have given up there and trying other retailers

Offer or not. Argos are the worst company for tracking stock
Hm - its actually showing OOS for me too now - the only treadmills available to order left are around £600.

Unless anyone can still see stock I think I'll expire this

Yes its weird isnt it - Argos happily accepted my order for the treadmill in this thread, booked a delivery, had a text to confirm delivery date etc.

However after you posted I tried one of the more expensive models that say "available to deliver in 7 days" - and that does what you said!. There's only 1 £500 model left now that actually lets me place an order (not the cheap one in this thread), but it looks as though the stock varies around the country - so whats in your local warehouse might well be different.
You might get lucky if you just keep trying on different days - but it looks as though the ones that say "Available for delivery in 7 days" actually aren't! - but if it says any other number of days then you can order it!
