yeah i no im off to the store this week and will update the spec for it unless anyone already has one and can leave some feedback cant make it out on the picture it has it written on the side

cheapest one of these I've ever seen!

Depends on output from each USB port. Could be very slow to charge or not charge some gadgets such as iPad if output isn't up to it

yeah i no my portapow one is good it charges my google nexus 4 and nexus 7 and windows phone ok at the same time. will try and get to the store and get one today.

Yeah, depends on individual output on each port. Heat though, at this price

Also this for 10 and has 2.1amp on the usb perfect for devices like ipads or nexus 7 tablets

mymemory.co.uk/iPo…one

What's the amp output?
Anything less then 1a won't do most phones anything less then 2a won't do most tablets.

you can barely see it in the picture on the side of the box but I could make out the following:
5v - 2000 ma or (3amp?)= 1 output
5v - 1000 ma = 2 outputs
5v - 500 ma = all 4 outputs

so basically you cant charge 4 ipads with it.

Looks like the total output is 2amps (all 4 ports x .5amp)

2.1A is hardly sufficient for 2 USB charger. If you have iPad or Galaxy S3 or S4 there will be serious problem charging anything more than 2 devices.
4 port should have something like 3A, preferably 5A output. Cold!

Unless you can get a 4 port USB charger for less than £5, then this is still a hot deal.
Cold - if you can get the same thing cheaper elsewhere.

I dont think i ever charge all of my devices at once - this is just to add convenience... I dont need to be constantly plugging/unplugging now!

thanks to all for the heat

There was 5-port 5A charger for 11..99 two weeks ago - much better offer. Now expired, unfortunately. Regular price - 15.99 still may be considered if you want decent charger. If you want ANY charger - go for this one.

It's only a better offer if you need the additional power capacity, or if this one is demonstrably badly made/dangerous etc. If your requirements are met by this one then it's a significant saving over a £11.99/£15.99 model. Savings are kind of the point of this site, after all.

I bought one last month on ebay. Very happy. This one is cheaper and no waiting for the slow boat from hong kong

i got the portapow and the b&m one portapow it works great, the one from b&m is ok for smaller devices its not as good to be fair. but at over half price its still ok if you want to charge higher spec devices go for the portapow.

" Max output: 5V / 5A(Max), 5 x USB output: 5V 2.1A x2 / 5V 1.3A / 5V 1A x2; support charging 5 USB devices at the same time,Blue LED indicator show power status"

Can I use this power supply to charge my linx vision tablet? I believe that the tablets original charger was 5v 2amp but the plug has gone missing so I brought this only I am a little worried that this power supply might be to high and therefore blow the tablet
