You best get on to the manufacturer then as it only states 21g sugar per serving.
Hukd nutritionists do make me laugh.
Used correctly this product wouldn't make anybody fat.
I suggest you read up on calorific deficit and surplus and the workings of insulin and insulun release after excercise.

I think you mis-read. It has 252 !?! grams of Carbohydrates per serving. That's absolutely bonkers. Carbohydrates being complex forms of sugars. Yes, it has 20 grams of sugars but your body still has to do something with the remaining 230 - either make sugars (unlikely) or glycogen - and then onto fats.
1200 calories (1252kcal) as well.

The protein is fine (50 grams) but this product is unsuitable for the vast majority of us. Perhaps if you are climbing Everest it is good, or Antarctica. It's literally as much energy of carbohydrates as they can pack into the product.

EDIT: The manufacturer describes it as the "Ultimate Weight Gain" formula - that certainly does not mean it is any good whatsoever for your body.

Maltodextrin is carb that isnt listed as sugar but has a worst GI value then sugar. Which isn't a good thing.
Unfortunately you will gain fat during any bulking cycle but can limit that with with more low GI complex carbs.
1000kcals of high GI carbs in one meal is a terrible idea

Unsuitable. It's the best selling premium mass builder there is and has been for a number of years.
Malto is not great admittedly, guess it's astep up from dextrose that many have in.
Anybody however would benefit from this product if used correctly.
For example half the stated dose after weight training.
Like also said if you're bulking its an effective tool.
I personally use karbolyn and hydro whey and only when necessary.
Obviously if lashed down 3 of these a day you are asking for trouble.
The first comment is not a well thought out post which is what I'm getting at.

You know what makes me laugh more? Gym bros who think all carbs are good for you unless they are listed strictly as sugars. Wasteman

Regardless of what people think about it this isn't a great deal. The 4.5kg bags have been sub £30 on several occasions.

They are. Fast acting carbs post training with protein to replenish. Slower acting for growth and energy throughout the day. Timing is as important as type, bro.

You know what, you try this stuff and come back in a couple of months. Not gonna argue with somebody who's made their mind up.
