From experience, this protein powder is delicious.

Description

Each serving contains 24g protein
Add to oatmeal, yoghurt, milk or more to increase protein content
Only 1g fat, 1g sugar and 3g total carbohydrates per serving
Whey Protein Isolates are the purest form of whey protein. By using Whey Protein Isolates as the primary protein source, Optimum Nutrition are able to pack 24 grams of the purest, muscle-building protein per serving, with a lot less of the fat, cholesterol, lactose, and other stuff that you can do without.

100% Gold Standard Whey is best enjoyed first thing in the morning and/or during the 30 minutes just before (or immediately after) training. Just mix one rounded scoop with 180-240ml of cold water in a shaker/blender or stir with a spoon. Try adding to yoghurt, brownies, cookies and more for a protein boost!

£15.33/kg. Got to be a robbery! Compared to MP/TPW on sale. Marketing at its best.

Not voting either way.

I really don't understand the £10 per kg rubbish, like sure if you want dirt cheap flavourings and protein spiking in some cases.

You'd have a real heart attack at velociwhey 🤭🤭🤭

But that was last week. Unless you have a time machine, I don't see how that is relevant.

Busted went to the year 3000 but i bet they didn't bring up an old price from argos while they were there.

My protien and the protien works are quality protien powder providers. And why is looking at these things per kg bad? It just makes it a lot easier to compare.

No myprotein, ON, protein works just use bog standard run of the mill whey protein with cheap flavourings.

Good quality protein would be things iso yummy sports, strom sports VELOCIWHEY (really top tier stuff, contains velositol) but you can't find these at £10 per kg.

More £30 per kg

Besides many cheap brands do amino spiking 🤭 and the rest of the products are terrible 🤭 especially pre workouts from my protein or even ON

You're a broken record bro, you say the same crap on every protein post. I'm glad you learned something on the bodybuilding forums but learn something else to entertain us with next time, ok?

Your supplement "advice" discussion was a cracker by the whey!

Just bought phd diet whey 2kg from amazon for £13.6 delivered with first purchase coupon and S&S
This isn't a bad price for something that usually retails for around £10ish more on most sites... People also seem to forget that this is a blend or concerntrate and isolate whey, where as the standard impact whey and TPW equivalent only contain concerntrate, which usually results lower cost and generally less protein per serving, and in my opinion never taste as good from MP. Each to there own I guess!
