Very good saving on this Pre-Workout powder from Optimum Nutrition. I usually stock up on prime day.

As far as Pre-Workouts go, this is one of the better ones I've used. I'm pretty stim tolerant so need a couple of scoops, but then I'm guaranteed great focus and energy.

I recommend the fruit punch and apple flavours, but not the pink lemonade, personal preference though. Not tried the others.

I’m a big fan of ON and use their Protein powders and Creatine exclusively, but I couldn’t get on with this pre workout. I found it mixed horribly compared to their other powders and the Apple “flavour” was vile.

When I did manage to stomach it I could feel the caffeine kick and beta alanine tingle, but wasn’t worth the trade off for me.

Not voting either way as this is a great price, just not convinced due to the above. YMMV.
Is this strong I like wiz my tits off lol
Wow that's a great price
Just buy caffeine pills, much cheaper.
Came up as £1.09 for me using todays audible £10 voucher.

This is a terrible underdosed product, if you want something that'll work then get anything thats clinically dosed
750mg of citrulline malate.... Clinical dose is 4,000mg and 6,000mg is where it should be at

agree, terrible mixability and the apple flavour was ridiculously thick for some reason even though pre workouts arent supposed to be

Probably stimumax pro, defib by hr labs, Tom stoltman boom, total war by red con 1, MVPre

In your opinion it's terrible, its not by any means a fact. I'm quite happy with it and for £12 a tub it's a decent price.

Its a matter of fact and it's very underdosed and ineffective due to a very poor panel.

One example is that citrulline malate is meant to be at 4,000mg not 750mg, most decent pre workouts dose at 6,000mg. 4,000mg is the clinical dose
And different preworkout affect people differently. Ad I said above, I've found it to be really good so that's not fact, perhaps not the best but not "ineffective". And going back to the price, it's around a third of the price of some of the better ones but I only need a little pick me up prior to the gym.

You clearly need to lay off the preworkout as its making you angry....

750mg of citrulline malate will not aid a pump.

Also what pre workout makes you angry? Most decent ones have nootropic effects

where do you normally shop?

Here there and everywhere

If I want stimumax pro I either go to strom sports nutrition website or I go to inception nutrition on Instagram and he's pretty speedy with orders tbh.

If you buy off him say Romeos_br0ther sent you
