Are there any negatives to taking pre-workout ?

None. Taste wise, fruit punch is great
Anyone having sleeping problems do not take this. It has a high amount of caffeine in this.
Is this stuff any good? what is it for really?
I've tried various pre-workouts and I've stuck with these now, you can feel them kick in even when you're not feeling like exercising then you need to exercise to burn it off. You will likely sweat more than usual, but they usually give you a better workout.
Shouldn't take within 4 hours of going to sleep.
Flavours are great, and a bargain price too.
Tried them all and this has to be one of the worse ....it' so weak ....spend your money on a couple of caffeine tablets as you will get a much better result and save money too
I like this one too. If anyone gets a chance Ghost do a great product but a touch expensive.

Contains a lot of caffeine so if you don't otherwise have caffeine you may get head aches.

If you do drink lots coffee/energy drinks then you may not feel a big benefit, which I believe is in part why some rate them and some ppl do not.

I used to yawn a lot at the gym but not anymore. So for me it does it's job.

Nothing beats the original Jack3D. 1MR used to be good (same stuff inside Jack3D), but they took out the DMAA.

The best pre-workout I've used.
When i used to take this, i always had to take a sh* before going to the gym and before i attempted squats. Only ever did the ON Pre make me drop my guts so much, i put it down to the caffiene

Lol old Jack3d was the bomb before they were banned. Im sure the blackstone labs stuff in the states still has the DMAA magic

Sometimes I get a bit shakey when I’ve finished a workout when I’ve taken too much. But the pump, concentration and recovery time outweighs the shakes.
Great offer. Two of these and 2kg of the PhD protein powder for 27 quid using the student discount. Happy days.

Troll much?

Its sugary and has caffine, perfect pre-workout exactly what you need.

Been using these for years, tried the fruit punch and pineapple both great. And I always buy at this price, still have one left from last prime day. Completely recommended!
Just have a coffee before you go to the gym, same thing.

Many people have died working out on high caffeine. Be careful.

Yawning is due to your brain being hot, not tiredness.

Could be. Most think yawning is due to lack of 02

After work I yawn due to being sleepy/tired thanks. Caffeine/pre work out pick me up to actaully goto the gym

You don’t get a pump off caffeine. Obviously you don’t use pre workout or you don’t lift heavy or you would know that
This stuff actually works. I use it all the time. You get a raised heartbeat but it's not a problem if you are already fit.

Not trolling at all. I’m not anti them. I’m just saying there are health risk associated with such products. I’ve used them previously and this one in particular.
Ephedrine and caffeine- the only pre work you need

When you say health risks, what do you mean? Because there are side affects, but what significant health risk can there be if you take 15grams this stuff 4/5 times a week?
Side effects include bulging biceps & wet knickers

If you have glycogen stores (which you will if you're a human) caffeine is all you need, bar pre-hydration!

Agreed, rather a cold drink like this than cold or hot coffee, indeed pre-workout is by no means necessary. You could argue protein shakes (yes real food) are also not needed but easy to get proteins in.

A double espresso and a pint of water will see you through with proteinaceous grub after to replenish those glycogen stores!
