Hey guys.

You get the Optimus VII Pro (= Clevo barebone N150RD) with the following configuration for £660 @ pcspecialist.co.uk.

The specifications:

15.6" Matte Full HD IPS LED Widescreen (1920x1080)
Intel® Core™ i5 Quad Core Processor 6440HQ (2.6GHz, 3.5GHz Turbo)
4GB Kingston SODIMM DDR3 1600MHz (1 x 4GB)
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 965M - 2.0GB DDR5 Video RAM - DirectX® 12
120GB KINGSTON UV400 2.5" SSD, SATA 6 Gb (550MB/R, 350MB/W)
Ultra Slim 8x SATA DVD±R/RW/Dual Layer (+ 24x CD-RW)
Integrated 6 in 1 Card Reader (SD /Mini SD/ SDHC / SDXC / MMC / RSMMC)
STANDARD THERMAL PASTE FOR SUFFICIENT COOLING
Intel 2 Channel High Def. Audio + SoundBlaster™ Cinema 2
GIGABIT LAN & WIRELESS INTEL® AC-8260 M.2 (867Mbps, 802.11AC) + BLUETOOTH
4 x USB 3.0 PORTS AS STANDARD
Optimus Series 6 Cell Lithium Ion Battery (62.16WH)
1 x UK Power Lead & 120W AC Adaptor
OPTIMUS SERIES BACKLIT UK KEYBOARD WITH NUMBER PAD
INTEGRATED 2 BUTTON TOUCHPAD MOUSE
INTEGRATED 2.0 MP FULL HD WEBCAM
3 Year Standard Warranty (1 Month Collect & Return, 1 Year Parts, 3 Year Labour)
1 Month Free Laptop Insurance inc. Accidental Damage & Theft

Do not choose Windows 10 - way too expensive. I replaced the 500GB HDD by a 120GB SSD (you must choose at least a HDD or a SSD - otherwise I wouldn't even have taken the SSD).

RAM and HDD can easily be upgraded or replaced (see the test in the first comment for further information). I didn't chose them because it is way cheaper to upgrade it by yourself.

I suggest taking the 3 year silver warranty (includes 1 year click and collect).

You still need:
- at least 4GB RAM
- another SSD or another HDD
- an OS

This will lead to a final price of around £720 - quite good for these specifications.

Enjoy
