Was £335 on Amazon yesterday and in the past. I reckon it will be again this week
DLP though... you see that wheel spinning.

Even ones that are £1000 I can see, I've never tried one that's £5000... but I think it is a horrible technology.
If it's 3D does that means it comes with 3D glasses?

It affects each person differently. Personally I can't see it unless I'm shaking my head back and forth on a black screen with white text so I'm happy to continue buying DLP. If it's a problem for you there should be some 3LCD projectors around the same price point.
I got a cheap Banggood 1080p projector to get me by and it's not great. No vertical flip option in the menus, few menus to write home about, lots of blown out colour towards the white end of the spectrum, very questionable 4000 lumens rating seeing as my last projector was 3200 and I much prefer that one.

Still worth trusting a brand with your projector. Your OLED tv on the other hand ... hmm!

I just feel sick when watching DLP, like a bad VR game.
I've had this projector for about a year now and it's very good. Very usable in sunlit rooms. In dark rooms turn it to Eco mode to spin the fan noise down. Only negative I have is that the zoom slider has a very narrow range so you have to get your measurements spot on if projecting to a screen.

You have to buy them separately
I have the optoma gt180e shorthrow dlp, absolutelt no issur at all for me. Scorching projector an all.
I have the Optoma HD141X and DLP has never bothered me, suppose I'm lucky. I can count on one hand the number of times I've experienced the rainbow effect in the 3+ years I've had it. 4K, HDR etc has passed me by, and until a similarly priced proj with those features is available I don't feel like I'm missing out!

See a wheel spinning? Ive had this projector for a while now and no ones said they have seen a spinning wheel or rainbow effects. Only rainbow effects I see (not everyone can that ive told to try it) is if you move your head side to side fast but If you do that while watching films then I think you have more problems than some rainbow effects :-)

Infact the reviews I read said this is one of the best for not showing rainbow effects
How does this compare to the newer HD144X

What are you using LCD projector? Just received mine and was really looking forward to getting it after reading all the reviews and waiting for it to come down in price but even though its a big step up from my HD 720p LCD projector in terms of sharpness it not doing my eyes any good trying to focus on it when images moving fast and seeing rainbow effect.

I actually can see rainbow effect when moving my eyes especially on white subtitles but it doesn't bother me too much. My partner on the other hand haven't seen it until I have mentioned it to her
Any recommendations for projector wall mount?
