thanks I have updated
Ordered through quidco so 8% discount and collecting from store so no delivery charge.
Whats the difference between this model and the 2000? It states on website the 3,000 has sensitivity but what does that actually mean?
Thank you, been looking at purchasing this for a while!

great thank you - ordered for free collection from store

Why?

Some avoid Amazon because of their avoidance of UK taxes funding the NHS, Pensions etc etc, however Boots are also notorious tax avoiders

Amazon have good returns policy where as if item goes faulty with classic retailer, they ask you go to manufacturer.
It says £34.99
damn, ordered from Amazon a couple of days ago when it was a couple of quid dearer.

Ssshhh! Thats what i was going to point out.
With the new ocado deal that's super hot... Can order a oral b 3000 for £45 and apply £25 discount making it £20..... If you wanted to save another £5 or just get £40 of booze for £15?

Good price though... I too ordered the Amazon one a few days ago!

Sensitive mode just means the head doesn't move as fast. I have this model and have never used this option. If you can find the Pro 2000 for cheaper then go with that (unless you have sensitive teeth/gums and want to use this mode.)

Oh and £6.30 TCB! So actually would cost £13.70 how about that for a deal!

Agree entirely, anything above the Pro 3000 has been proven to have features that are superfluous.

Indeed, here is the Pro 2000 for £17.99 from Boots using the same code

Oral-B Pro 2000

Cheers

Annoyingly not on the 2500 model with the travel case.
Oral B can turn a simple toothbrush into a whole range (to take as much money off you as possible) almost as well as VW can turn one car into dozens! Aftersales costs seem as much too by the time you buy the replacement heads.

You really don't need much more than the basic one.
shabs2013

Over 20 different cashback rates listed for Boots on quidco is confusing/dazzling!
Its only 3% for exisiting customers unforch.

Thanks OP, heat added.

Just ordered a Pro 3000 with 8% new customer Quidco (8.4% with TCB). Probably won't need the sensitivity feature offered over the Pro 2000, but I also get an extra brush-head and a 'larger' model number

Sweet deal for under £23.00

Didn't want the hassle of the even better Ocado deal posted below (UPDATE: Ocado discount has now expired)

I think I have some vouchers for these rolling around in my car which give an extra 10% off. Ill check when I go back to it later. Happy to send over IM if they are the right ones.
Thanks OP, went for the 2000 as v.unlikely to use the sensitive mode or need an extra brush head.

So far never been sent to deal with manufacturer by classic retailers. Amazon has good return policy as long as you don't send too many back and you get your account cancelled. Don't get me wrong, i still buy from amazon but if i get a similar price somwhere else i'll buy from them.
