People use Amazon because they’re convenient, not because they’re a good company. They’re far from it.
The worst part about them is their online PR presence. They tried to con me on a £400 watch. I covered their social media with my evidence and they absolutely hounded me pretending to be normal everyday people online. It was pretty scary to be fair. They tracked my profile went through my images found out where I worked, threatened me. This was all under guise of being crazy Amazon “fans” not employees. Then during a phone call to Amazon the guy on the phone slipped out something that was sent to me as a private DM. Needless to say after I proved that and requested my full GDPR data file they sent me a £150 voucher. I know I could of took it further but it wasn’t worth the hassle. (edited)

But I hear you...these marketing words are the best ..they get better and better and funnier as time goes by.

ended up going for these in botos last week: boots.com/ora…852
gutted - as the precision ones dont seem as good as these cross-action ones - seems these have more surface area.
