Lots of Boots stores have stock of the 2500 in store despite the deal on HDUK being expired (not sure why) but it has been.

Nobody with common sense has ever paid even close to that original price for this basic product in this range.
3 for 2 at Asda at £20

Out of stock on line.
These are £19.99 many places (effectively standard price - RRP is nonsense). Advice to go for the Pro2 2000/2500 (Li-ion battery and pressure sensor) is good.

take it back and get a proper one with lithium battery for £20 from boots. These 650 models are pretty poor in comparison.

The 2500 is now sold out (and they're not getting any more stock).
Which models have a lithium ion battery? (that's not on the description of the 2500 on the Boots product link above)

Any pro 2 with 2000 range - don’t know who’s voting on this to get 280 degrees - obviously not been looking on the posts recently!

If I remember rightly it should be model number 2500n, the N is the important but when looking at the model there is vast difference between this 650 and the 2500 but only a few pounds price wise

If you're going for the oral b pro 2500 in boots, call them before you get there to check stock. It was appearing as available at my local store for collection but when I got there they had none left

Only one I can see for £20 is a used one on ebay.... Not a big fan of used toothbrushes!
As I posted over a week ago, you can get the 670 at Asda for £18 AND it's on the 3 for 2 offer, so IF you bought three......TWELVE POUNDS EACH!!!!
Don't know why I bother, I really don't...

Guess I'll be returning them and buying these instead
These oral b brushes give me ulcers! Theres a gap between the brush head and main body which opens when you take the brush out of you mouth, when you push it back in you can get lip pinched in it. A few days later you get an ulcer where the skin was damaged. Used these for years, thinking of trying something else.

Definitely do. Lithium batteries last 2 weeks rather than one and you get full power until a recharge is needed unlike these old 650 models that lose power after a couple of brushes. New ones charge much quicker too and have a pressure indicator light

I have no idea why this is a hot deal at all

You have got the small coloured connector washer in place?

Yep.
39515632-I9poO.jpgThen that gap closes when you push it back into your mouth. Every now and then it gives you a nip, and occasionally a few days later you get an ulcer which can be quite sore.
we got a pair of these a year ago and no problem with them. What more can do that 2500 series or newers..apart of useless bluetooth? just out of curiosity

Mine was shipped from a warehouse to my local store.
Don't buy this model.. you'll forever be charging it every 3 days... at 8 hours at a time.

Get one with a Lithum ion battery.
