I would wait if you don't need it, if it doesn't come up at £54,99 on black Friday, wait before Christmas, it will be similar price. I in the other hand will buy it now because my 2500's battery is s**t now, have to charge it every 3 days or so. Heat! Thanks op!

I'm in the exact same boat, doesn't even feel like it's doing a good clean anymore, feels like you get full power for about half a brush and then it's that deflated buzzing for the next few days before it dies.
Is this really worth the extra £30-40 over cheaper models? What's the difference in the models? Is it just extra 'features', but they all brush as good as each other, when it boils down to it?

yes. no need to pay more than £25 though as the extra features are just gimmicks that you'll never use. Who seriously is going to get their phone out and load up an app and connect to a toothbrush every time they clean their teeth
