The Oral-B SmartSeries 6500 black electric toothbrush with Bluetooth is the world’s first of its kind with Bluetooth connectivity. Bluetooth communication allows the brush to connect with your Oral-B App to provide real time brushing guidance that can be adjusted by your dental professional. Also receive focused care through personalized dental care journeys to meet your specific oral care needs. The professionally inspired design of the CrossAction toothbrush head surrounds each tooth with bristles angled at 16 degrees and 3D cleaning action oscillates, rotates and pulsates to break up and remove up to 100 percent more plaque than a regular manual toothbrush. The pressure sensor lights up if you brush too hard to prevent harmful over-brushing and there are five modes. Showing as £92.95 for me?

Me too at the moment think amazon have issues with all prime day pricing but its a prime day deal so should be this price when they fix it
trust me guys this is a regular price of it, i bought this last year for the similar price !
My toothbrush is now 8 to 9 months and still price is same for the same model ? just be careful with the prime deals, they are also trying to get rid of old stock

This is not the regular price, I think you mean it is regularly this price? Which is different, I am well aware it goes down to this price.

This is as low as it goes when it is on an offer and currently it is, hence this is still a good price.

It is a regular price on deals, and there is nothing special of prime deal in it as you have highlighted. Check the price 7 to 8 months ago, october to december last year it was many times below 60 quid, what do you expect the price be after 8 months ? same or less ?

You are basing it on the assumption that this is due to be discontinued? Currently if you are looking for this model at this price this is the cheapest retailer, unless you know otherwise where I should be buying this model?

Why are you looking for an same model when you know there are better models available ?

Also, as i said that i have this model but i will not recommend this at all, it is has one of the worst batteries in it. It takes ages to charge and after 3-5 uses, it discharges quickly... not worth this price tag.. COLD for me
Currently looking at this model or the 9000 series which are currently on offer on Prime Day. Can anyone recommend which model I should go for?

Given that they all use the same heads this is the better value for money option.

Battery in 6500 is pathetic, if you are happy to charge it all times then go for 6500... but remember this deal isnt spectacular.. you get this price normally on deals, wait for black friday or Christmas you may see it down again
The models with N in their name come with lithium batteries which see much better
Cold from me, definitely Amazon clearing out old stocks of the confusing numbered range of Oral-B products.

This has been superseded by the Oral-B Smart 6 6000N which replaces the Ni-Mh battery with a much better Lithium-Ion, ditches the gimmicky LCD quadrant clock and gives a handy phone dock instead with the bluetooth connectivity.

Several sellers on eBay have this newer model for £59.99 making this poor value.

If you read the top few reviews on Amazon for 6000N. All seem to be complaining about the battery life as well.

I don't understand why....it is one of the better rated ones with a lithium ion battery....I checked all reviews on electricteeth.co.uk and out of all the Oral-B branded brushes it has a 16 day life like all the other Oral-B lithium ion batteries.

I assume you have mistaken it for the Oral-B Pro 600, or the Oral B Smartseries 600 not the Oral-B Smart 6 6000 series.

Yeah. That maybe the case. There are so many versions with similar name, my head's started to spin.

BTW, between this deal and this groupon deal hotukdeals.com/dea…877

which is one has better battery life ?

*EDIT* Slightly less battery life with the Genius 9000 (still lithium) 12 days instead of 16 days at 2 minute brushings twice daily.... athough it is a more premium model offering a better travel case, enhanced bluetooth connectivity a suction mountable smartphone holder and toothbrush compartment holder. That is a very good price on the 9000 for sure!

Cancelled my order for the Smart 6 6000N and plumped for the Genius 9000, glad of the heads up...thanks.
