Orange 2000mins UNLMTD Data + Texts £14.99 a month 30day rolling retentions

Retentions offered me 2000 Xnet minutes unlimited data and texts. £14.99 a month on a 30 rolling contract. Sim only

I had rung up the previous day to cancel quoting them the contract I was on with Three which offered similar for the same price. They sent out a PAC code yesterday.

They called today to offer this deal, after saying yesterday that they couldn't offer anything close.

Hope this does help someone.

The Three deal that I quoted is what I have on a second line which gives me 2000 mins 5000 text and unlimited 4G data with tethering. This is no longer actually offered by Three

This is a really good offer!

Would like some more info on this as the link just takes you to the EE site, do you have to phone them up personally to get the deal?

These deals vary between people

Yeah you have to call them and be willing to ask for you PAC code which basically means you're terminating your contract with them. Obvs only do this when you're at the end of your contract otherwise you'd have to pay all the remaining contract to leave.

When I get anything to confirm I'll post an image.

Originally I had a contract which gave something like 300/400 mins unlimited texts and 500mb data for around £14 a month. So this is substantially better.

Customer service wise orange/EE have never been the best IMO. I've always had good CS from Three whether over the phone or instore. I just pay for this contract whilst a relative of mine uses it.

And yes the offers are dependant on who you get on the phone, but if you ask and they don't immediately give you the offer, someone may call you to offer it down the line. You have 30 days to use the PAC code with another network to transfer your number. If you don't use the PAC code then you're current contract carries on.

If you have any other questions let me know.

Tethering is still offered By 3 on the one plan sim only and tbh oranges 4g is pants I don t know why being ee but compared to t mobile it is poor maybe they bandwidth manage more. There voice is pretty dire as well. Three definitely has the edge IMHO including feel at home can't get that anywhere else

I cannot wait to get out of my contract with EE. Total rubbish and i have been with them since day one. orange then.. I have already transfered my land line and broadband to sky. Excellent service all round. Both my daughters are on 3 so i will be joining them soon.
So they must be loosing customers all the time.

Only mobile company with decent signal in my area is O2. All the other companies must have decided they don't like Harrow!

was on a chat with Orange yesterday, they offered me 2000 mins, unlt text and 5GB data for £14.99/month for 12 months contract. Will give them a ring tomorrow quoting your offer.

Definitely double check that unlimited data offer, Orange advertise no unlimited data options for anyone apart from with home broadband, would be unusual to offer it on mobile, even thru retentions

Correct, you have to move under EE umbrella of you want 4g data as I did recently from Orange......reluctantly may I add.

Yeah I'm waiting for some official confirmation, but it is a 30day rolling so if not, I'll just swap over to 3. It just saved the hassle of getting a new sim and payment dates etc.

Thanks for the heads up however.
