I do this every year - but the total is £154 PLUS VAT - which is still at 20% !
Bought this several (5?) years ago on BF deal, at £131 if i am correct, they don't often do deals that good, there hasn't been a BF deal as good as this since i bought mine (i may be wrong).

It is without question, the best BF deal i have ever bought and, in terms of use, perhaps the best thing i have ever bought. There is rarely a day goes by when i don't refer to at least one book in this, quite often more than one.
Good price, but if you join the ACM ($99 per annum) you get full Safari access included. Oddly enough the Safari access is not terribly well advertised on the ACM site but it's definitely included.

every year I cancel just before renewal, then on cyber week I get offered a code ( different from the one posted, but same discount) to renew at a discount.
I didn't know about ACM - but will try next year - from their membership benefits page:
"with resources for lifelong learning, including online courses targeted toward essential IT skills and popular certifications; online books & videos from Skillsoft®, online books from Safari®, Morgan Kaufmann and Syngress; videos and webinars on hot topics, presented by today's innovators"

Do you have the membership of the ACM ? Have you tried checking if Safari all catalogue is involved including the Live Online Training?

Yes, I do. It's a full Safari account with all of the video training (well, I haven't checked every course but I've accessed quite a few without problem).

Just has a quick look at this. Has it changed now as this suggests its access to 700 titles from 57000 titles, but does offer 40% full access for members. Might hang on to see what black friday this year brings.

I just logged in to my ACM account and navigating to Safari Online Books shows the following:

Accessing my Safari account doesn't suggest that it's limited in any way. I think the link you found was to the previous Safari content that was included with an ACM subscription.
Took the plunge last week and does appear to be full access. Thanks @mjturner. Deal of the year
