Important. This deal is not a guarantee there will be any stock in the store, so please don’t make a trip you wouldn’t have made otherwise just for this item - we should all limit our time out of our houses to help slow the spread. Please also shop responsibly - don’t stockpile, and consider whether you could help out any vulnerable neighbours or friends.

Great alternative to Braggs here. Just bought yesterday and although I still prefer Braggs flavour wise... For the price it's a great deal.
Flavour is only slightly different, but If using for salad dressings or making sauces, you may still prefer using Braggs but this is around £4+ for a smaller bottle.

This is a pint, so fantastic value for Organic and with all the lovely enzymes 'Mother'.

The Mother refers to the strands of proteins, enzymes, and friendly bacteria... The probiotic good stuff basically. It also gives the product a murky appearance with sediment at the bottom - so shake well before use.

Essential goods? 3/4 of the stuff I've seen posted this morning I wouldn't class as essential.

Another mod on a power trip.

I generally don't follow any health fads and had never thought of drinking vinegar but was reccomended so gave it a try about a year ago and probably had it almost every day since even though the holland barratt one costs a fortune. Has deffo helped with digestion and I used to get quite bad stomach acid/reflux and a little bit of this on a regular basis made all the difference. Don't think I've had an acid indegestion tablet since. Taste wise I've actually come to like it, morning empty stomach, a small splash diluted then follow up with more water and it's really like my body just says thank you.

Daily drink intake?Wtf? I've never heard this before.

Haah yeah, Probably not phrased right, but you know... If you drink this stuff everyday. It's not enjoyable, you just dilute it and shove it down the gullet

This brand? Its OK isn't it? Just bought yesterday to compare to Braggs and pleasantly surprised for the price
What does it do? Genuine question, not being facetious, are there many benefits?

Get rid of skin tags too apparently. Apply to area.. 💪
Bought ACV once from amazon during my healthy eating craze, i think i had it once or twice but a family member accidentally broke it. It was both a happy and angry moment at the same time.
Ooo really cheap has the mother too so good stuff

Zero health benefits - it's just overpriced apple cider vinegar. Cold.

Plenty of posts on here for cakes, is this fake news.

Source for the claims above with regards to imminue system boosting (nonsense), weight loss (more nonsense) etc?

The onus is on the people providing such claims about a product to prove it. (Hint: a link to the crooks at Holland And Barrett doesn't count)

It’s not about the benefits of this stuff for me, it’s about keyboard warriors making unfounded claims based on their own opinion, rather than the science

Didn't read your own link then. Directly taken from that page:

"However, little research exists, and further studies are needed before it can be recommended as an alternative therapy.

This article looks at the evidence behind 6 possible health benefits of apple cider vinegar.

Many websites and natural healthcare proponents claim that apple cider vinegar has exceptional health benefits, including boosting energy and treating disease.

Unfortunately, there’s little research to support most claims about its health benefits."

And the link you provided is full of "may" "possibly" etc.

Stopping people buying into a scam hardly makes me a "keyboard warrior"

I'll await your peer reviewed scientific studies of proof for weight loss, immune system boosting, etc.
I reckon you should read it - plenty of science backed stuff in there

no its cake news!
I use ACV in a hair rinse. I’ve also diluted to drink in the past but I can’t say I noticed any improvement in my general health.

If taking for health benefits you need to check if it could interact with any medication you take and dilute it as drinking it straight could damage tooth enamel.

Yes this brand but never used any before this thought after a month would taste better but doesn’t lol am on my second bottle now

I understand and support you needing peer reviewed studies before you subscribe to health related ideas, each to their own, i also agree that it is dangerous to throw around my beliefs like its fact, so I'll update.

Not sure about overpriced at £1.19...if anything else it's a cheap organic alternative. Apples are one of the fruits that warrant the 'Organic being better for you' claims.

I’ve had it diluted with water every day for about 2 years and can honestly say I’ve ditched the Rennies, I have not had an attack of the gout since either and a skin condition has cleared up without any other intervention. I was sceptical at first but have definitely seen an improvement in digestion. It has to have the mother enzyme in it for the body to benefit from the good bacteria apparently, like the stuff in the post.

Little research exists does not mean that it has no health benefits. It means that the pharma who usually fund researches, will not make any money back. if this is found to be beneficial
