I’m sorry but I don’t stand for this “ooh err, I like a Hard copy” says the person with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc etc. No one complains about those streaming services not providing hard copies. Get with the program.

It’s 2020 guys, if you own an Xbox, it’s Game Pass Ultimate or GTFO.

Gaming is somewhat different than movie and TV consumption though. At this point too Netflix is basically used for its Originals which is the only way to watch them unless you do so via piracy. Prime free with your unlimited deliveries.

It's probably one of the few games I've started, did enjoy but couldn't finish due to the difficulty spikes.
Cute game, but i'm not paying £21.95 for cute.

Go for it, not sure if the devs will see a penny though, but its a nice jesture. I had a large cardboard box filled with that crap, Crysis 2 figurine/Hellgast helmet/Halo master chief helmet/Halo 3 large box set/76 game guides ect. Same old garbage ''figurines/art book/holo cards/digital nonsense''.Go to YT and see some of these poor souls bedrooms, its life changing. Enjoy.

I bought the Collectors edition too. I'll play the game on Game Pass and keep it sealed
Good price but like all first party titles it will drop fast because the majority simply won't buy it physically.

I still have that hellghast helmet I got from hmv for like 20 quid. But that Halo 3 Legendary Edition is very rare. Maybe look at selling it.

I don’t use Game Pass or like digital games. Hard copies or not at all. I use Netflix etc because I don’t care about movies or tv shows, but I do care about owning games. And why GTFO? What does it matter to you? If you like digital then go ahead, others like hard copies which harms you in no way whatsoever, but you seem to have appointed yourself the ruler of what people should like & do. I’ll continue to enjoy hard copies & not listen to your opinionated BS, thanks

See we all have different opinions and priorities. I care about movies and games but I buy physical movies more than games because they are cheaper usually. But for me I'd rather play on gamepass because it's more affordable but certainly physical media collection is important too.
This is one of these games you have to buy physically and support the developers. Even if it's available much cheaper with Xbox Game Pass! 💪

What are you doing on hotukdeals then?

You’re in here looking to spend 2 months worth of Game Pass on ONE game. GP Ultimate is the hottest deal in gaming that there’s ever been, and you’re literally ignoring it. It’s up to you course, but people who ignore the deal are obviously void of any sense.

Yes I am going to spend 2 months of Game Pass on ONE game because I don’t want Game Pass because I don’t like digital only games. To me, losing the physical aspect of games is not attractive & so it’s not worth my money. It’s inevitable that games will eventually go digital & that’s when I’ll stop buying them. Until then, just like you, I’ll spend my money on what I consider to be worth something. It’s not up to someone else to call what others should like. If it makes sense to you then great, but the playing of games is not the primary reason I like buying them. I’m a collector, I have a physical collection going back to the early 80’s & I want to continue that. And to a collector it makes sense to have something to collect, yes?

Exactly. The fact that you’re engaging in respectful conversation, saying what you do like & what you don’t, and not belittling others or foisting your opinions on them as law is appreciated. We need more of that on these sites

I don’t get people who refuse to see the value of Game Pass and I get collectors even less. It’s just plastic mate. It’s plastic that will require some form of manufacturing that is destructive to the planet, natural resources like oil, and paper for the stupid pamphlet inside. Reduction in physical discs and plastic boxes will help the environment and no doubt the smaller studios on GP will get a nice lump of cash to put the game on there, so everyone wins. But you enjoy your “collection” buddy

See I think the gamepass ultimate is fantastic and it definitely has stopped me buying as many physical xbox games but not buying the game at all harms the industry. It's people buying physical that helps more.
With movies it's very different as most are not on streaming services and so buying physically is necessary plus the quality is superior to streaming too. In the end an all digital future is inevitable but digital games and movies are never yours to own and can be taken away at a moments notice. In time physical media I feel will be more sought after by some because that can never be taken from you.

In the world of 100gb game downloads Game Pass isn’t for everybody. Only a third of users even pay for the online service. Then you have the vast amount of users playing a few games a year. You also have the possibility of a game being removed while you are playing it or haven’t played it yet. Game Pass is great for some but it is not for everybody.

Transferring gigabytes of data from cdns has an environmental impact too. So until everything uses green energy there's no way downloading games is any better for the environment.
