This was £112 the other day - £104 today. $300 on the Orient website orientwatchusa.com/sho…w0/ (where they describe the Bambino as "Unisex"*).

Orient produce in-house movements for their watches. Here's a review, explaining why they're so iconic, well-made and finished for your money:

The reviewer doesn't really like the bracelet, however. At 5:20 he takes the measurements for a replacement strap, if you fancy changing yours as well. 21mm? lug dimensions, which could be tricky.

Approximate Case Diameter: 40.50mm
Approximate Case Thickness: 11.80mm

From the Orient website:
The new Bambino Version 2 sports the most antique-inspired look from the Bambino collection. Whereas the first and third versions drew inspiration from classic-contemporary and modern styling (respectively), the Version 2 pays homage to timepieces from the past. It features modest Roman Numeral markers, thin hands, and a train track chapter ring. And since it is paired with an onion crown and a domed crystal it’s easy to forget that it is built in a modern size of 40.5mm. The addition of a movement that can be hand-wound really drives the classic feeling of the watch.

I think this Orient Version 4 FAC08004D0 AC08004D Bambino is pretty nice too for £109: creationwatches.com/pro…tml32396956-yfagk.jpg
Think the V4 face is slightly bigger and it has a new F67 movement (?).

Great Watches, great price, great seller, just had this V4 delivered

But got stung for an additional £34 in export costs, ouch.

however it's the luck of the draw as It's the first time in about 7 watches from creation.

Superb watch for the money even if you get stung for taxes.

Note to Louise and the reviewer. It's a strap not a bracelet.

I'm pretty sure he said bracelet, but yeah, a bracelet would be metal. Oh well, it was around 1am

@arch68 Your watch is beautiful! Not seen that colour before

Don't like batons nor Roman Numerals

Here's an in-depth article about Orient's movements, versus ETA (owned by Swatch Group - Swiss movements) and Miyota (Japanese) orientalwatchsite.com/ori…ts/
though the blog hasn't been updated for a few years.

These watches are huge. If 38mm would have been perfect.
