This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Another Bambino which has dipped in price again (though I prefer the Cream dial).

  • Domed mineral crystal
  • Domed dial
  • Japanese-automatic Movement
  • Case Diameter: 40.5mm
  • Water resistant to 30m (100ft): in general, withstands splashes or brief immersion in water, but not suitable for swimming or bathing

(by the way, the seconds hand isn't bent, it's the domed crystal that causes that effect. Marc from Long Island Watch said in a Bambino overview Youtube video at 6:52 he had a few customers complaining!!)

The dial is actually quite silvery in some lighting (from the Long Island Watch video - Marc talks about the FAC00009W0 at 7:44) 3403978.jpg

Love a nice bambino! Can’t beat this for a dress watch under £100.
Lovely watch have some heat
Why they need to put so many zeros in the model number?
Nice one Louise,
I'm with you on the cream dial though

She posts mens watches mainly, this one is mens too
Are these real because there is the same pair on Amazon that is sold by Amazon while the sellers for these only have 7 ratings?

Creation Watches is always an option (I've posted Deals for them with this watch before) but it has been cheaper, naturally there's more of a wait, and you tend not to get the box - unless you pay by DHL (VAT charges are a definite with DHL).

Amazon, obviously, you can receive it a day later and you get the box without any Customs hassle. And Creation are a bit more of an unknown quantity if you get a DOA or faulty watch, so it's pros and cons.

I'm finding Customs are becoming more vigilant.

I would actually call the Bambino unisex, I've seen pictures of women wearing it. The dial size may be too big for some women (but of course "boyfriend style" is still quite fashionable).
Bought this for my son, good find, too risky from creation now. Heat added.

I'd assume the irregular I indices are not to clutter up the dial, to look better stylistically, not sure - I'm sure I saw someone discussing this but can't find it.

Personally I think the design flows nicely and it would be too busy looking otherwise.

Also, about IIII monochrome-watches.com/why…iv/

Thank you for posting. We have added this thread to the Highlights section
Fantastic price Op, paid about £120 few years back. Holds its own against the established luxury names.
Been a few £ cheaper in the past, but not bad - Orient Automatic Watch FAC0000DB0, £97.65 (personally I'd pay the 1p and buy from Amazon themselves) amazon.co.uk/gp/…new

The Amazon stock must of gone quick.
There are always Bambinos around this price direct from Amazon.
I would pick one of those.

lol.

took me a few glances, but it's 2 4 6 8 10 12

should have made the I dial shorter, as it looks like roman numeral 1 instead. making it confusing.

tho 4 is IV and not IIII.

but guess whatever looks nice.

It's a watchmaking convention that the 4 will be IIII and not IV ( @louiselouise posted a good link above)

It's IX, but the bottom half of the I and X are covered by the complication (day of the month, it seems)
