guy what with the minus? find a better deal and i will use it as i have a cooling off period. or point me in the correct direction
I guess most people don't like paying a whole year in advance for a service and would sooner pay more but on a monthly basis? Also, people want faster FTTC and not ADSL copper broadband, but good price if you can't get fibre and are willing to pay a year in advance.

yeh i guess your right. they do fiber but i dont need. were im from all my mates cant get over this deal. i get 6mb at the min. enough to game and stream hd films. why pay more and when this speed is enough to suit me and my partner. so i guess im a smart super saver. i pay up front to save. well if you live life with in your means of what you can afford. this is a deal.
Read the previous threads on here. Good price if nothing goes wrong. But if it goes wrong, good luck.

The deal isn't bad but it's the likelyhood people are looking for fibre or a Sky deal. Since yours is neither you get voted cold.

thanks for the heads up mate. i will take it on board
they charge a crazy amount for phone calls. had a lot of hassle getting things right at first. they also didn't provide the fiber service i signed up for.
For those who don't want to pay up front, the advantage is if you do pay up front by credit card you get the Section 75 protection for purchases over £100, which means if you have any problems with the supplier and want a refund, you can go straight to the card provider; you don't even have to go to the supplier first. This protection applies even if you only pay part of the cost by credit card, so long as it cost over £100. Its chargeback you claim under if its less than £100, whether by credit or debit card.

Also there is a later posting on here (HUKD) offering Sky b/band + phone for £6.90 a month after cashback from Quidco but it seems the main problem is getting the Quidco cashback of £155, with people complaining of their tricks to avoid paying out; I can confirm I have had similar problems with Quidco paying up.
When I try and go through the link it says fibre isn't available and then shows the same deal at £189.99

So I called up and they did some checks on the postcode over the phone and said they could sign me up then. I said I'll think about it. A few hours later I went back via their webpage and it worked.

I was able to go through quidco which offers £35 cashback

i already posted this here & it went cold as well
hotukdeals.com/dea…172

apparently lots of people have had issues

all I can say is that I transferred today & it went very smoothly & my speed is around the same or better than with SKY
- Im using origin right now

makes me wonder if the unreliable internet issue that all these people have moaned about might be dependant on where you live ?

will be monitoring for any dropouts in the next few weeks to see if all the criticism is justified

i actually argree with the above comment. its all dependant on with exchange server you are close to. i know people who had sky and had nothing but trouble and now they are with talk talk and the have the same bad connection. i hope all will be good with this provider. i will also keep you all up todate.the price is worth a chance
please do not sign any contract with them. nightmare and so slow compare to sky. I was waiting for 4mths to be connected. company is a joke
voted cold obviously
Dreadful provider. I've been with them six months and never made a succesful call to tech support. Currently my line is down and when you call the support line you get a message the number is not available. Broadband drops out every couple of hours for 2-3 minutes.
been over a week now & no issues at all for me

I done this deal. Never ever go with them . The speed is good. But during peek times it falls. But worse off all i crashes for several hours during random days when your at your peek gaming or watching hd videos. Normally takes a crash 1hour to resolve .. never mind the consistant speed during all times will vary. Waiting times on phone is hours.. i cant curse on this but ##$%%@&+#&&@%$$+$ them
