Is this the MTK8173 or MTK8176 processor? There's conflicting information out there about it and it makes quite a difference.
I'm after a tablet that can handle gaming for That Game Company's upcomiing work, but a quick search didn't bring up any reviews. Think I'll wait until I see some; I've concerns with that GPU running recent games on a screen of that resolution.

On the description page it says 8173 several times and there's a screenie of antutu which also shows 8173.

This processor is slower than that of the huawei mediapad m3, thus it is likely to not be any kind of peformer GPU-wise as the aforementioned tablet already struggles.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the GPU far outclasses the one in the M3.
Is this price plus customs charges?

Nope, the PowerVR GX6250 in the MediaTek 8173 isn't as good as the Mali T880 in the Kirin 950.

Thanks. Got round to checking and there's actually a fair old gap between them, not sure what I was getting confused with before. Guess I'll be skipping this.
The specs in these Chuwi devices always look so good. Sadly they nearly always manage to drop a clanger with each device, and rely on users to find workarounds
