I read about this recently on a tech blog and thought it looked pretty interesting. This seems to be the best price I've seen for it, it's over £100 cheaper than a previous deal that was posted recently.

This has free shipping too. £5.80 for shipping insurance which I'd probably go for too.
The listing claims "We offer special shipping method(stable and safe) for this xiaomi M365 Folding Electric Scooter, but it with duty free now!"

I got a car and a travel card, do I really need this?
I'm really tempted by these but because its classed as a moped then legally it has to be registered and insured to use on he road. You also have to wear a helmet. I think it's unlikely you'd get stopped, but I'm not sure a minimum potential fine of £300 and 6 points is worth the risk
Probably good to read this if you're considering one for commuting.
I really want one of these, even though I have no idea where I'd ride it. Once I've worked that out, I'll get mugged for it within a week for sure.

    Great price though! Heat added!

Haha good luck registering a micro scooter for road use. You putting plates, lights and indicators on it too? I'm sure you also sold your push bike because the risk of getting fined for going on the pavement was just too high!
Yes, yes you do... Now stop thinking, click the link and buy.

The law needs changing IMO. A bike with the same specification (15.5mph and 250kw motor) needs none of this.
Would be great for commuting and could pop it under my desk at work. Leaving a bike outside means it's a target for being stolen. CCTV is not a sufficient to stop people stealing them.

Guess I'll have to continue using the car....
Anyone bought from light in the box. First time I heard their name.

I have, a couple of times i have received the wrong product, but then they sent the right one. Some deliveries have taken longer than expected. They have given me small credits as an apology. I have been frustrated at times, BUT they have always shown up with the goods and ALWAYS answered my questions.

7.2 out of 10. Much the same as most Chinese retailers.

Not look at things like BT, Eon and EE. Will make you blind!

Except in NI - where it turns out that electric bicycle law was never introduced - so they are still technically mopeds and need all the same shenanigans. Only 22 years behind the rest of the UK...

If you read the reviews carefully. Most of them are fake.

Well no doubt there will be some fake ones. I didn't look through the 8,500 reviews.

The whole point was that trustpilot is pretty pointless. If it was good I wouldn't have broadband, a mobile or any gas or electric!
Quite a few of the dealers offer zero customs, so there is obviously some deal set up. Got to be worth a go for that money,

If you get one put some gunk in the tyres, save having to fix a puncture..

The deal is they sneak them in to the EU through some back door, then they come to the UK.

    Fair play.

Really? That would be great if correct, but I can't find anything online?

The CPS site just says that the facts would be reviewed to decide if it was in the public interest.
Could get it from eBay for ~£40 more and the seller states 12M warranty although their t&cs apply. Plus you're protected by eBay just in case they don't follow through.

I must admit, I am starting to get a little concerned after reading the tons of negative reviews about this company.

I paid through Paypal so hopefully there is some protection there.
Yeah mine is still "pending"... I'm debating whether to raise to Paypal..

When did you place your order??..... I order mine 12th August and it was shipping on the 16th... still not here!!
Ordered on the 11th, shippped on the 16th... Coincidence eh?
Mine is still the same status and hasn't arrived with UPS in Poland apparently.

The order confirmation email says to wait until 14th Sept before I can raise a ticket with them. Not holding my breath it will arrive before then.
