Just to add there is absolutely no difference to the user if it's the Chinese version vs the International version as both versions function in English.
this is the best sports tracker / watch for the money.. 30+ days battery life. easy to use and set up. its a great bit of kit for the money.

WILL THIS WORK WITH ANY ANDROID MOBILE

play.google.com/sto…lth says it needs Android 4.3 or newer. Try installing the app. You don't need to buy the watch to do that.

I've had one of these watches for over a year. The only downside is that the screen is a bit dim in bright sunlight, but I can use my phone then. I got a nice leather strap for £5, the battery life is great, the step tracking is pretty consistent, and there are useful alerts for texts, phone, or other apps.
Had mine for just over 6 months now and still going strong. Have only charged it 3 times so far. I usually get about 70 days between charges. Ended up having to buy the Mrs and my Mother a couple of bands after they saw mine and liked it... Also had to buy them some nicer bands as well though because you know... Gotta look pretty. Highly recommend to get one if you're on the fence about it. This is the first time I've seen them under £15 in about 3-4 months.
Completely agree with winter_zombie - this is a great tracker & faultless for 2 years.
Brilliant band overall. Had mine since before Christmas, haven't had a single issue.

On the part about the Chinese version and the international version being different. As far as I am aware it is only the Bluetooth version that is different, the Chinese version being a better version of Bluetooth
Brilliant piece of kit, just as good as the leading brand
does this run standalone?
I rate this highly. These are on amazon where I bought mine if anyone’s interested in Prime next day delivery for about £5 or £6 more. I notice amazon actually sell this directly themselves now too for £23.99

Yes.. the app is helpful if you want to see your data .. but if you want it for just a quick check of your heart rate and steps walked plus the clock it's still a great item.. since Christmas day mine has been charged 4 times.. the battery life is amazing
I bought the band 3 but having problems with it tracking my tru sleep through the night anyone got any ideas.??
P&p is extra?

The heart rate monitor record constantly or just when told to?

Just when you press it or via the app
I find the HR Monitor on this is rubbish!

What do you expect for £14? All I know is a fitbit would have cost me a hell of allot more and provide much about the same service. Mi Band is far the best valuable band on the market right now.
Thanks ordered

Hi mate, so does it not need to be near your phone all the time for it to record data? I can use it in the gym, leave my phone at home then upload my data when I get home?
Cheers

Yup your phone does not need to be near the band all the time, and Bluetooth doesn't have to be switched on all the time, when you do switch on bt or put the band near the phone data will upload automatically...(tried and tested with my own band)
I use the app Mi Band Notify with this and and it's far better than the official app. Awesome band , cheap enough to not worry about it and light enough to forget your wearing it, great battery battery life as well. I have used this in comparison to a chest mounted HR monitor and it's pretty accurate, occasionally has a mad reading but not often. Great product
Great for the money, but not brilliant at tracking steps accurately
Error code on attempt to pay, never mind.

Agree, bought two of these for me and my wife, difference is huge between the two at step counting, more like a guess from these bands, rather than actually tracking the steps. Results are poor even if I wear both of them on the same hand, huge differences. Emailed gearbest for support and not sure what's going to happen, as still awaiting reply.
Whoever has only one won't notice any issues, i think.
Does this also have sleep monitoring?
Do we have pay customs and duty charges too. As with postage and packing it’s over the limit of £15

I never said it wasn't value for money etc. If you want a smart watch for the HR feature then this smart watch isn't for you regardless of price.
Ordered 2, seems to have gone through with no issues.
If it gets cancelled i ll post on this thread

The heart rate monitor record constantly or just when told to?

If you get Tools and Mi Band on a smartphone, you can set it to monitor constantly and it will report back heart rates every minute or so and generate statistics for the day/week/month, etc. You can also hook it up to sleep tracking apps on an android phone (sleep as android), which uses the sensors to detect various things (ie motion tracking, heart rate, etc) Considering the deal here is for the mi band 2 at 14.52 quid, you can't go wrong.

Ordered. Thanks op. Heat added.
Hope it survives in the steam room once a week cos im planning to add yet more heat!
I had one for about 2 years,
it was excellent and battery life is brilliant.
The biggest downfall is the screen is terrible in sunlight
plus you have to press to see the time, or wave your hand around.
