But in general yes you should be aware of fakes, and ask questions here if not sure. I bought one off the back of a hotuk deal and though I got my money back it was the wasting of my time.

No fees at this price. It's below the personal import allowance. I've bought many of these for family members (at higher prices than this) and have never been charged any extra.

Does anybody know if this is a legit or a fake?

1496 orders and 220 reviews at 4.9 stars. If it was fake surely people would have been complaining

Thanks for sharing this. Does anyone know much this is likely to cost after the uk delivery/courier company’s add VAT and fees, I think they vary to some degree?

If paying by PalPal for protection, keep in mind the considerable cost of parcel delivery back to China when PayPal need you to send it back to the seller first. I must say from my personal mi band 1, 2 and 3 experience these are well made and reliable items. If they are genuine

This is good price - any reason to suspect it may be a fake?

(Nice avatar, BTW)

You probably won't be charged if the value on the packet is less than £39

Seems that PayPal is unavailable when trying to purchase from Hongkong SKY-WAY. Selected the same £18.33 Mi Band and all.

Otherwise the voucher does bring the price from £18.33 to £16.00.

That’s great thanks I wasn’t sure the exact value. Just purchased and as per OP it’s come to £16 with code - excellent.

Can you read messages and other notifications from apps like twitter on this watch?
I've had version 1,2,3 of these; that's enough for me, I'm holding out for a deal on a Huawei GT2 now, no more Mi bands for me.

Yes. My son has one and you can choose which apps to get notifications from.
Currently got the wife's old Mi Band 2 as she had a new FitBit for Christmas. It does the job but looking to upgrade.

Was going to pull the trigger and get one of these but I'm holding out for the rumoured Mi Band 5 which will come with NFC.

Personal limit is now £15 but you would be very unlucky to have pay Vat as seller normal under quote value

I bought the NFC version of the Mi Band 3 but the NFC function only worked with Chinese Mi Pay and didn't work with western equivalents such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Might be worth checking if things have changed before buying the Band 5 if this is a deal breaker for you.
Bought one of these off the Mi.com app and after a month of it registering on the tracking section as "ready for pick up at collection point" "now shipping" then the same thing again a bunch of times in sequence, finally in january it told me It had been delivered on the 26th of december lol Contacted their customer support pointing out I had not received the item and got an email back saying I had to make a police report for lost or stolen property, not only that but I must send them "identification card" and to cap it off "Signed Statement stating that you didn’t receive the item and/or the condition of the box when you received it. Kindly send us a photo if possible". Got the money back next day from Visa chargeback scheme and went to amazon and bought an honor band 5.

Got one of these from Gearbest, great bit of kit and far better than the wifes expensive fitbit

Indeed. That's the Brexit version, and it should've arrived from China just before we leave in a couple of weeks

That’s a shame. I bought one from the Mi store too when they were £19.99. Arrived safely. Really like it. Big upgrade from the Mi Band 2 I had. Still has a massive battery life of nearly a month, which I love.
sbmo13/01/2020 23:26

The global version is a pound extra and in stock

What is better global or cn version as both are in stick again now

Ordered the global version after the OP posted this deal. Think it worked out at £17 after the discount code. I only want it for the heart rate monitor for the gym to be honest, maybe sleep tracker so cheap enough for me to go for it
My order is showing as dispatched now so i wonder how long it will take to arrive
Does anyone know if these work with full sleeve tattoos
Ordered @ £16.60 for the CN version - this goes to English moment it connects with the App, got 1 at Christmas for my daughter, huge improvement on the 3' lots of additional functionality, including managing Spotify'
