Ordered, thanks OP. I've been waiting for a price drop for ages on Gearbest! This is the best price I've seen it for!

Will code work if I buy 2 together?

Don't think so but you may be able to buy 2 separately. And/or make another account?

Dislike battery operated stuff, generally how long would something like this last if we used a few times a night?

Use rechargeables and problem solved! There are 2 setiings, dim and bright. Certainly the dim setting should last ages dependent on your nocturnal habits

yes it does

Thank you, been watching this for a while now, waiting for a good price drop. Heat from me.

I seem to keep missing the deals, so I'm more than happy to get them at this price! Just ordered another one for the old dear too. Haven't bought of bang good before, so hopefully it's all good. Would be good to have another option apart from Gearbest!

Cheers OP. Been looking for a couple of these for the stairs. And yes, you can order multiples and still use the code.

Hi,

Is this not better? usb rechargeable?

If you want to spend nearly a fiver more I guess The code definitely doesn't work on that BTW...

Just managed to buy 2 with the discount code and came out at £10.73 so code works on more than 1 (2 anyway, not sure about more than 2)

saw a review on youtube and it mentioned that the dim light option would give over a years worth of use if you used good quality batteries. the brighter light option would give 6 months use. more than acceptable if I can get near those times.

loving the xiomi products. got the yeelights, wifi extender and now hopefully these.

Try Aliexpress, Tomtop and Yoshop

Thanks, ordered 2, code worked fine.

Lovin the easter egg in the features list.

Can I just sign my entire life over to Googe, Ikea, and Xiaomi now.

Tell me about it. We've only escaped Ikea because we've gone the solid oak route.

What makes this better than this for £2.50 or this for £3?

GearBest is all good and well but I think sometimes people miss the wood for the trees when browsing it for "deals"

That one isn't dimmable. Fair point though. It's hard to compare when Ikea doesn't tell you the light output.

Aw this is the AAA AA powered model? I've got 3 of the rechargeable lithium ion ones and they're great at lighting up our bathrooms at night. Looking to get a couple more lithium ones to increase coverage in the hallway and start covering the kitchen.

It's horses for course I guess. Xiaomi are a huge, quality brand and their products (certainly the ones I've got) are top quality and very well built as they have a reputation to maintain whereas those are no brand items with no guarantee of quality. But at the end of the day how people spend their money is their business.

I see what you mean, but for something with such simple components and operation I'd rather get three of the £3 one for less than 2 of these cost.

Gearbest are supposed to be a nightmare for returns anyway.

Like I said, entirely up to you.

PS It's Banggood. But same cons apply. And I'm not convinced the nightlights you are buying off ebay from a Chinese seller will be any easier to return...

Ordered thanks

never used Bang Good.com before. Have ordered two and see if they are reliable.

Same as these, read some reviews.

I already did, they just seem to have rough QA and build so, say, you can't necessarily have 2 or more together and have them all behave the same. They have a delay of a few seconds before registering movement, not sure if the Xiaomi ones do but I'd be surprised.
