Seem to be £800/900 on eBay, but then you got more risk and less warranty.

I've bought 3 from eBay, remember eBay is pretty good at refunding if it's not what you expected. I bought 2 Panerai Watches, meant to be from Warrington, I got delivery notes from China, eBay refunded me before they arrived.

You can get some great deals on there.

The top 3 are from eBay,

From the left:
Oris Artelier with 18ct gold bezel. Cost £400, in the shops £1300, never been worn.
Oris Aquis small second dial Cost £600, in the shops £1600, worn but not a mark on it.
Oris TT3, Cost £800 with import charges, in the Shop's £2500, new. With warranty from a clearance company in the states.

It's a tough choice.....
.... Buy 8 of these, or just the one Omega Seamaster posted earlier?
£500 saving is a good deal, have some heat.

For those who would like a watch like this, but can't afford it, try eBay. Oris is not something that retains it value. So you can get some good deals,
Fantastic watches at the price, build quality on them is excellent.

Well done. I agree that there are bargains to be had on eBay, if you bide your time. But if you wanted this particular watch in the next week, the eBay price might not be a such a significant saving. To be honest, I'm still smarting from missing the Oris deal posted a week or so ago - by the time I'd checked how good the price was and decided I wanted one, the deal has gone.

That was a hot price, I'm sure they will come around again.

The listing has been removed from the dealer, so I can't find the Model number.

On a different note, where did you get your watch winder from mate?

On a different note, where did you get your watch winder from mate?

It's a nice display case, I bought it from eBay a coupe of years ago, from Germany £240. It has 8 winders, and in the lower part places for a further 9 watches.

Here's a few pic's 'sorry about the mess', I've a few more than it's designed to handle.

Thanks mate, looks good and sweet collection of watches there.

I bought one off eBay last year, which winds 4 watches but the watches aren’t winding!

Will be on the lookout for another one now!

Check to see if the watches have a winding direction. Mine has 4 settings on each winder, so will wind any watch.

Risky business on eBay buying things like Panerai’s. The fakes are so convincing these days. I’m sure you already do, but always have a trusted watchmaker take a good look to verify!

Probably the omega, why would you want 8 of the same watches
I do love Oris, understated brand. Had a BC3 advanced a couple of years ago. Peter is right, they don’t retain value but watches at this price point never do ( rarely ) heat OP, nice find.

I never bought it, it was my fathers. Passed onto me when he died.
